Very bad experience here multiple times. They close their drive through windows and speakers way too early. I was there around 9 20 and their dine in and drive thru was closed. I drove around this location twice and luckily i saw this young guy inside. I knocked the door and he said only drive thru is open. I again drove to it, and still their speaker was off. I then drove to pickup window where i waited for someone to show up. This lady came and she looked and sounded totally drunk. Worst BK employees I've ever seen.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Today 1/25/22 I go through the drive thru and wait no one says anything. I park to walk in bc there’s 3 cars parked ( one black car had its windows down). I walk to the door it’s locked and the worker is mopping with ear buds in. He sees me and backs behind a machine to hide. It’s 9:53pm. The site says they close at midnight
Do not go here their food is kinda nasty their fries no salt their cup are weak and it just keeps on happening they don’t put enough ice so it always melts and it had stilt before and it had got sticky their drinks are always flat and it just need to be shut down or something before it was fine or not but now no so if I were you STAY AWAY!
The service was fast & friendly.There was only 1 person working but he was kind & really trying. The quality of the food was slightly over-cooked but not enough to where it was a big deal.
Marisol on the morning shift was super nice and courteous. I wish more food service workers would be like her. She takes pride in what she does. Hard working and professional. :)
I would not waste your time with this location. It is always something. I went at 9 pm a couple weeks ago and there was a 16 year old kid cooking and running the drive through. He said he was the only one there.Today (12/3/21) I went at 1015 am, there was one truck in front of me and no one behind me. When I pull up to order someone says welcome to burger king order when your ready. I start ordering and another voice says I'm sorry we are on break until 1130. I say ok and go to drive through. Nope had to wait for the dude in front of me to receive his food. I would say right now you have about a 10-15% chance to get your food in a timely manner. I dont know if it's poor management or what.Also there have been plenty of times when I am the only one in the line and they ask me to pull up and wait for my food. Just bad customer service. I won't be returning.
I love burger king, but I don't know why this one has to be so consistently terrible. Forgotten items on orders is this location's culture, its not mistakes here and there. They won't answer the phone, the food is cold, and they're slow with bad attitudes.
This is just the worst Burger King location anywhere. I love Burger King, but this location has had a problem with every order I have ever placed and I only keep going back because they are so close to me.Never again. I even tried door dash today and they cancelled the order.
The people who own this Burger King should be embarrassed, this place is a disgrace! You're employees, if they can speak English, could care less what type of customer service they are providing, or what quality of food they are serving. Shouldn't be too long before the doors on this place are closed! President and CEO Guillermo Perales should sell this franchise to someone who actually cares about the people of Wylie!
This Burger King is disgusting. Not sure how it passes a health inspection. Also needs some grown ups to manage the place since the kids running the place have no idea what they are doing
