At least seven workers inside took forever for anyone to ask me if I’d been helped. Nothing ready and it was peak hours. When I asked the male behind the counter if they had a certain pretzel he said let me check and he never came backI was the only one inside and four cars in the drive-through. This is not my first time to be here and the service has not improved.
This location is the worst. Will do everything I can to avoid it. They never have the special piece of the order that makes it special. Once I ordered ahead of time to get my son a bucket of pretzel nuggets for his birthday. They had no bucket so we were just given 4 cups of nuggets. Took away from the wow factor. I ordered a super bowl snack stadium today at 9:30 before the store even opened. I go to pick up my order that I placed for 4:30, not only is it not ready, they had no snack stadium. I know distribution everywhere is an issue but they could have told me earlier in the day that they didn't have any so I could pick up a cute platter or something before coming. Now I'll be showing up at my super bowl party with Christmas pretzel cups. Will definitely do what I can to avoid this store. I don't have a problem that they didn't have the stadium but I have a problem that they didn't communicate with me in a timely manner. The manager claims below they have worked out the new store kinks but it doesn't appear to be so.

Good pretzels and yummy drinks. Employees are nice.
After waiting over 10 minutes and watching them throw away multiple burnt pretzels. They threw away 3 trays of burnt pretzels.They left my one good pretzel to get cold. I had to ask if we could have it. No apology. Very disappointing. Didn't even tell me mine was still burnt.

so if you're going to Auntie Anne's it's because you love pretzels. This place also has a Jamba Juice so it's a double whammy. But what really makes this place special is the customer service you get in the drive through. I can't speak for inside, but every time we go through you can hear the pleasantry in their voice when you give them your order. Once you get up to the window they're just as nice. Heck, sometimes they've even apologized for the wait (when there wasn't much of a wait at all). Great job management for getting staff that provides good service.

Kind of a let down that the only 2 times I’ve been to this new location so far they left my cheese out BOTH times. I wish I would have checked before I got back home. I’ll definitely be checking my bag IF I go back to this location.
Love this location because of the nice staff and I especially like the drive thru option that which in fact is the first Auntie Anne’s to have a drive thru.
