Please do not try and embarrass your self calling this a wagu product..this was not it..if I wanted a burnt piece of beef I would have gone McDonalds...the fact you call this wagu is an embarrassment to food. Wagu is never EVER cooked to anything above medium rare period...y'all are hacks and should and deserve to be called out as such...
I just wanted to give a shout out and tell the entire night crew at the Wylie's Arby's y'all are amazing. The other fast food places around you guys (y'all know who you are) suck, they're slow, they all have an IDGAF attitude and act like people going to them to get food is a giant inconvenience. Meanwhile I went to y'all on two separate occasions (both times at night) and y'all were on point, polite, made sure everything was right and did it with a smile. So THANK YOU WYLIE'S ARBY'S NIGHT CREW! We are all going through this dystopian nightmare together, people don't realize how much a little kindness can truly impact someone.
We disappointed in our sandwhiches the cornbeef was tough and had alot off grisslein it and the roast beef was dry
Wow is all I can say! These people are amazing! Social and caring and just a great group of people! Food was fast and amazing! I would recommend this store to anyone who will listen! Thank you for making my experience with your store one I will never forget!
Food was okay. Service was fast. But not clean inside. Every surface has finger prints, grease etc. If the dining room is this dirty, it makes you wonder about the kitchen.
At this location: the inside was clean, the staff was patient and helpful, I ordered the double roast beef meal. The sandwich was neatly made.
Paid 16 bucks yesterday for the new brisket bacon french dip med value meal, which is the same price as going to a real smokehouse and getting some brisket btw, only to realize they put all roast beef on it. I didnt see or taste any brisket, if it was mixed in it should not ever be sliced thin like their rb. Very disappointing, I may never eat at Arbys again an honestly thinking about going to ask for my money back
I always go through the drive through. Every now and then, I’ve got some questionable food servings. This last visit my sandwich looked old. Like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. I had purchased the smoked BBQ sandwich (rival to the McRib) when it first came out. It was great! I went back much later and this old sandwich did not look like the original. The first sandwich had the big smoked chunks of barbecue meat. This time it was the sliced meat from the other sandwiches with old cheese and barbecue sauce. I know food that should be thrown out, not served when I see it. Now let me hurt you. I got a chocolate shake that when I opened the top and looked in, I was blessed with a good size fly. Clean out your shake machine! I’m not ever going back. Eat at your own risk!
Better than most locations, but not as good as the one I had last year. They had the best curly fries, the meat was so juicy and the soda was mixed perfectly, that location had it on lock. It's the one with the big sign up high, windows on the front and a drive thru around the back. Anyway, this one is close to as good as that one, but closer to work, so I can get it often.
The entire staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The food was very good and we used a coupon so the price was good also. We were so pleased that we pre-planned our next three trips to eat in the dining room. Hope to try the milk shake special. Looks yummy.
