I’m a dasher and I picked up some food that was waiting on the rack for 45 minutes according to the receipt and I even waited in the lobby for almost 20 minutes until they realized that the order was already on the rack waiting. Then the lady in the back came and looked at the food to see if it was cold. The fries were cold so she took the fries and reheated the Fries. Instead of just making new fries. She reheated the fries. That’s Wichita Falls wing stop for you. I did inform the customer and I dought he will order from here again. Way to go wing stop losing faithful customers! And that’s why I never ate wingstop and never will
Very rude people.! I’m supposedly complicated. All I wanted was a 10 piece bone in wings. No seasoning. The regular spicy hot sauce on the side and ranch dip. That was it!!!! And I’m being complicating??? “We have other customers to tend to” is what I was told! Guess they lost my business. Management won’t do anything anyway!! Kids nowadays.
I’m sorry I went there the wings was salty and the fries was too sweet 23.00 dollars went down the drain never will I come back and I had 15 pieces meal lemon pepper half mild please make it make sense
If you don’t mind having to sit on the floor waiting on your food for 15 minutes after you’ve called it 45 minutes ago. There are perfectly good chairs that are stacked in the back. While I was there, there was 3 of us sitting on the floor, while the 2 kids at the counter were goofing off. When my order came up, the cook said make sure he pays. How could you even say that after having such terrible service. I guess it will be B Dubs from now on

Don’t order for delivery . I ordered 15 wings and I got 10, they said the only way I could get it corrected was to come up there. That kind of defeats the purpose of delivery? The manager seemed he had no clue how to function, talking to him was like trying to converse with a 1st grader. Is what it is I guess
The rudest service in town.Older man at register is so clueless and rude.The manager ain’t no better, guy with glasses and tattoos. I felt I waisted my time. It was so bad,I walked out and went somewhere else where they appreciate my business. Worst wing stop experience ever. If I could give them a zero I would. I really hope corporate or someone in upper management reads this.
placed and order tonight for an 8 count wings and literally got 6 i called and they asked me to come back and pick up literally 2 wings. didnt offer to give discount on order or anything. i work and food service and we must offer this to please our customers to keep them happy and coming back. when i showed up for my order children in back were speaking hateful slurs and goofing off in the kitchen so i wasnt surprised. i paid for 8 and definitely wont be back
Do not recommend as wether you place your order online or by phone; whatever time you are given for your order to be picked up or delivered, count on it being an additional 30 mins to an hour long wait. I understand all businesses have their ups and downs here and there wether it being short staff, supply shortages or random problems that may arise. Food wasn't bad but they left out 75% of my order and I didn't realize it until I got home 30 minutes away. They would not even apologize or offer any consolation at all for my time and fuel to drive back and pick up the rest of my order. Not coming back!
