Best customer service we’ve had in a long time!
I really like Whataburger food however suggest if you use the drive thru check your order before leaving as the last 2 times they have gotten our order wrong. I do want to say that I called and spoke to a manager and explained I love Whataburger however my last 2 drive thru orders have been wrong she asked what had been wrong and gave us a free Whataburger they way it was ordered. I was satisfied and will continue to go there. They always have the freshest buns!
Good food however the area for pickup order was a bit small and a tight fit.The area does not have good room for too many vehicles.
Me and family visited late night, the problem was, there was no signage anywhere to alert the customers that the dinning area was closed, so there was a big mess of cars and people trying to navigate back to their cars and enter the drive through location, a sign specifying that the dinning area was closed may have avoided all the confusion. Once through all the mayham and up to drive through window, our food with fairly quickly...
Fed the family for $20, the chicken strips could have been bigger. My wifes butger was tastey and made to order.
Late night orders are messed up. Second time, didnt receive what i ordered and paid for. Do check your order before you leave and would not recommend this location.
Ordered in the drive thru, got home (5miles away)incomplete order, was still charged. Called them, we were not willing to return to pick up missing items and they would not deliver or offer any additional compensation.
Employees were slow to acknowledge customers coming in, there was one portioning raw chicken on the front counter, she was wearing gloves but would leave periodically assuming to do other things in the back. They did not sanitize the counter in between portioning the chicken and placing customer orders on the counter. Be bath wary about eating at this location.
Just too great... fast friendly service and always great food. I love the mushroom burger, onion rings and strawberry shakes. Yum, yum, yum.
I sat in the drive thru for 42 minutes (I expected that) and ordered 2 burgers 2 onion rings (one was with my rewards) and 2 drinks (1 with no ice) it was repeated to me. I got my stuff, both drinks had ice... sux but easy fix. Get home.... got 1 SMALL onion ring (oh and I paid for it they didn't apply my reward) and TWO FRIESYes The recipet said onion rings. Yes I paid for them. Yes it said no ice.Come on yall... attention to detail!But the burgers were amazing.
