On the way out of town, my boyfriend & I came for a meal - an Avocado Bacon Burger & a #15 (9pc chicken nuggets with fries & bread.) We drove 2 hours to our destination & realize all that came in the box was fries & bread. NO CHICKEN. All for nearly $20. Had I not halved my burger on the drive, my other half would’ve gone to bed hungry. Granted, we should’ve checked before pulling off & this is a lesson learned. But this also falls on the staff & poor quality control. This location is already problematic, but that sealed the deal. Most likely won’t be returning.
I'm not a fan of fast food but am traveling so stopped in to get breakfast on the road. Food was to be expected so it gets 2.5 stars. The 5 stars is for the employee that took our order and served our food. He was the most pleasant and mannerly man I've come across in a fast food place ever. Kudos to him for taking pride in where he works and being so helpful to not only the customers but to the other employees who were working. He was a gem. I didn't catch his name but he was wearing an eye patch. If he sees this... I hope you have a wonderful life young man!
Certainly better than a lot of the competition. At the same time, it is just a FF burger. Nice, but nothing special either. Fries didn't seem cooked right. Can't put my finger on it, but something off. Good service, food came quick and hot.
Apparently we came in the middle of the lunch rush but the staff took the time to make sure we were happy and satisfied customers. They were so nice and friendly. Food was great, as always.
Staff is great to deal with. When they get busy, make sure you check your order before you drive off the lot. My wife got a burger with no meat one time.
Whataburger has the nicest employees of any fast food place. I don’t really go into places to eat since COVID but I used to love the service in the dine in. Also, best ketchup available.
So been teased about being a hard core in and out fan and told I HAD to try this. It is NOT the same nor is it better. BUT I do give them credit! It's way larger then a double double and the quality is just as good plus the fries are far better then in and out EVER dreamed of having! But here is the catch! Whataburger uses a ton of mustard and super strong pickles. In and Out has the sweet sauce we all know is ketchup and thousand island dressing so they flavor profile is way different. Whataburger is less greasy but in and out has char on both the meath and the bun where Whataburger does not. So its not a who's better its a matter of which sauce flavor you're going to love so yeah i'll always be a in and out fan but on the same token i'll also always get my fries some where else!!!!
This place!!! This is what Whataburger is supposed to be!!!Lionel is the cashier and he is encompasses everything that Whataburger is supposed to be! He should train every Whataburger employee / cashier….The service was awesome…. The food was fast and just as expected…..
These folks live to put the bacon on any requests. Most put just enough bacon to slightly taste it there, this Whataburger let's you know that you have bacon with every bite. Well worth it.
