Used GrubHub for the first time as I am home recuperating from surgery. The driver did everything correctly and was on time with my delivery to the minute. However, delivery driver experienced the same problem I have had when placing an order in the restaurant or through the drive through. Order was incorrect. Despite my receipt stating I was to receive a double burger with bacon and paid for it; I received a single with no bacon. Management is to blame for this error. Not enough time to train employees to follow instructions and ensure a quality meal was provided. I most definitely will never order any menu item from this location again. I feel terrible for the GrubHub drivers who have probably taken the heat for problems like this. I foresee your location closing it's doors which will be a tremendous community service.
Food is usually good so I can’t complain there but I’ve never known a fast food restaurant lobby to be closed at random hours of the day. Online says they open at 6:30am, I went up there just to find the lobby doors locked so I called and the lady said they don’t open inside until 9am? I was also headed to work the other day and wanted lunch before I went, I made it there around 3:15pm and the lobby was locked with no note or explanation on why.
We purchased two 4 for 4 meals and a grilled chicken sandwich. Not sure if the cashier was new and in training, but the manager was helpful and friendly. Answered my question about 50 piece family nugget deal for 9.99.
They don't know how their own app works. It is also very difficult to converse with the staff. Wendy's food is always good but if you looking for service STAY AWAY!!!
Courteous staff and clean restaurant. Order arrived as placed and tasted good. Chocolate frosty to top it off cannot be out done. Kudos to customer service at register, seen increasingly less frequent in today's fastfood world. 9/10 overall this visit.
People were not nice when ordering and to top it off I bit into my sandwich to get this.
Went there after school the other day, and I was very impressed on how fast we got our order, and to top that our food was very fresh and good?
My family loves Wendy's!!! We eat there regularly and noone has ever had cold food or the wrong order. Their app is easy to use plus you get rewards for free food with ever order!! They are polite,fast and are always correct.
Fries were cold and so were our burgers! Wendy's is always pretty good. Don't know what happened.
Questions lots of them but how you order your food and it comes out cold? All the hamburger was cold and cheese was not even melted ?. The person that took the order was almost falling asleep as we walked in that should have been a clue. How was the best thing the Flys fighting over food at the next table over? It was entertaining ? but food was badly done and customer service was a joke.. I asked for warm food and it was like I kicked a child. We just had to cut the losses and get back in the car.
