Wait to be seated was tolerable as they was busy..... initial waiter was chubby long hair and seemed to believe his thoughts was all that mattered. Pressured to buy prime rib even though we wanted rib eye steaks. First waiter disappeared but to our surprise other waiter came to check on us..bathrooms did need so attention but when they are busy it's to be expected. Overall 3 stores just for wait time and ordering inconvenience. I would give them a second chance
I picked an 11 oz Sirloin as we walked in. It was cooked to perfection, deliciously tender, and smoky. My sweet potato came loaded as asked. My marshmallows were a little over toasted, but I just scrapped that part off. I did have to send my veggies back to be steamed more. I like them limpy. After I got my veggies and potato right, the meal was delicious. My strawberry lemonade was refreshing. I ordered fried pickles because I had a camp card. They were surprisingly good with the sauce. Will have to choose to eat here more often.
Had a great experience this visit. Arrived early, thinking we could beat the crowd, but ended up part of it. Still, we were seated promptly. Service was great, and the food excellent. Will return soon.
Seems like all Texas Roadhouse locations stay busy. I will say they are usually worth the wait. Went on a busy Friday night. Waited about 45 minutes for a table of two. Food was great, steak, sides, salad rolls. Everything was perfect. This location is pretty consistent.
Our food was delicious. My husband had the ribs and New York strip. I just had a cheeseburger with mushrooms. Ty was our server. He was terrific. He got our order correct and was cheerful and made us feel welcome. Thank you Ty! Two female managers came by and asked if we were happy with our food and service and I thank them for making sure we were taken care of.
I haven't been to Roadhouse in awhile but took my daughter there this past Friday night. They were crazy busy but thanks to "call ahead seating", we didn't have to wait long at all. The service and food were both exceptional. Given the number of people there, I was honestly expecting to be let down in one way or another. I was not. The steaks were cooked perfectly, everything was delicious (and on time) and our server was attentive and friendly. They killed it and I will be back.
If you have never been to Texas Roadhouse and you are reading this to see if you should go... GO RIGHT NOW. The rolls and butter alone are enough for the trip. I love all of their food but normally get the sirloin , baked potato and salad and you cannot go wrong with that. Great Tea as well and great service.
Had a great experience. Very good and friendly service. April was especially attentive.Food was good and was delivered promptly.
15 of my family members and I dined in. 3 of us ordered the 8 oz. Steak (WELL DONE) and shrimp with 2 sides. All 3 steaks were NOT well done, had to send them back 3 times, finally just had to get them to go, as the rest of our family had finished eating, plus they never brought my broccoli! They apologized and discounted our meal, but it was a bummer. Probably won't order steak there again, guess I will stick to the chicken.?♀️
Awesome prime rib (med rare). The Jamaican Cowboy drink was on the weak side. Kids Mac & cheese is like out of a box. Meatless options are appetizers, salads, some sides. They military discount the military person only. Reserve online before going!
