My husband and I went to order two supreme burritos and I supreme taco and they just threw my taco together and than was told they didn't have soft drinks, any Mexican pizzas are sold out and their slush or something is out. The co worker counted money on counter, very rude workers, they just don't want to actually take your order so told us to go to machine and order it ourselves. So will never go back to taco bell on Kemp. Also our food was very cold and nasty. Need better manager and workers
Do not order from here you will not receive your entire order. You will receive no sauces , and much worse if you use DoorDash all they’ll do is give you credit to use through DoorDash . They do not answer their phones because they know they messed up orders. This is pitiful Customer Service at its absolute worst nobody pays $41 for a couple tacos and some freaking burritos for real . This is what we received for $41
Don’t know who works your day shift, but they need to be more like the guys that work at night. Tried to argue at the window about a drink that I supposedly “didn’t order” when I said the drink 3 times. Asked for extra creamy jalapeño on the quesadillas didn’t get any on it at all, and we’re very dry.. I have never had an issue during the evening, and when I come through I stop every single time here. it’s always amazing service until today (the one time i stop for lunch). Very unpleasant.
It does matter what time I go to this Taco Bell, they are always out of everything. They are located right by my house so it’s an easy place to go if I don’t want to cook. I normally expect them to be out of stuff later at night, but at 5pm? I know it’s not the workers fault but my lord, it’s every single time I go. They’ve had to refund me multiple times from my online orders.
Ok Ariana (manager), Drew and Avery what a perfect match. You guys did an absolutely Great job today. I am a bell customer and go to this location all the time. Normally my food is really just put together and the taste is covered with hot sauce because it's covering something I don't like. Today when I got home my food didn't fall out of the rapping and onto my clothes so hands down to presentation. The flavors were sooooo good and rich, even the color of the food looked brighter. I didn't add one packet of hot sauce. So my final thought and it's a lasting one. Thanks to you guys For working together and providing Amazingly great food
Went to get some good old taco bell drove up to the drive thru note parking lot was clean, went to order and was told (we have no beef , chicken or lettuce) as I began to think what does taco bell sell that doesn't have those said items?I use to work at sonic in nocona and if we ran out of a main item the manager would go to the grocery store. Knowing this I have concluded the managers of this taco bell are in the wrong positions cause wichita has 3 walmarts a united and other grocery stores that sell what the store needs and even the famous Taco Bell Seasoning so there is no excuse.Yes they would lose profits but having employees there and no sales is also a loss of profits.
I love taco bell, but you have to watch out for the times they say theyre open versus when they really are open. Watch out though!!! Check your order every time you drive off because they hace a tendency to screw up your order.
Very rude. They said we’re rude about there system being down so I went to the chicken express across the street and looks like all the employees are outside smoking instead of working.
I just left this Taco bell and I'm so happy with the service I received. The beautiful lady in the drive thru and the cook are hands down the best and most professional workers I've ever come in contact with at this location. I have not been there in about 6 months because of the service but tonight gave me hope....and I do love taco bell!
Order a half soft half crunch 12 pack of tacos got 6 soft and 4 crunchy ...highly disappointed save your money unless you want to buy a disappointing experience.
