Stopped by to pick up a sandwich and the sweetest girl fixed up my order for me. She was great, I wish I had gotten her name but I forgot. She was awesome and definitely stop by ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've been coming to this Subway since I moved to Wichita Falls 8 years ago. It became very convenient to get my sandwich fix from this place because it's open 24hrs, and on most holidays. Sometimes the customer service of the subway person (varies) is subpar, and sometimes they're great. The freshness of the food is consistent enough for me to keep coming back. While other restaurants close around 8/9pm, I can always count on this subway to be open so I can avoid taco bell, McDonald's, and IHOP.

Walked into a teenage game of grab a** this time. Five employees all playing. Food was not made right but I didn't complain.
Got a Teriyaki chicken protein bowl. Excellent choice for gas station lunch!
By far the best Subway I've ever went to when it comes to customer service skills the employee there had exceptional people skills

I used to absolutely love this restaurant and the idea that it was open 24/7 gave me another option other than late night WhataBurger or a hot dog from flying Jone night I go in probably about 2 weeks ago And the lightly tanned complected male with the curly hair and glasses seemed really upset when he greeted meSeeing to the fact He had broom and dust Pan in hand I assumed he was upset due to the change of plans at handWe had our disagreement after he began to throw my sandwich down on the table and be aggressive with the sandwich ingredients He then told me he refused to serve me and another worker finished my sandwich and asked him to clock out and leaveToday I went in and apparently I'm no longer allowed to order food from there again even after apologising today sincerely for any kind of miscommunication that happened that day Because of the fact that apparently this gentleman had a seizure due to something I had said Maybe the manager will contact me I just want to order food again from there
