Waited 10 min at stall that didn’t work (no dog posted). Went to the drive thru and waited 5 min…no one answer. The girl said the drive didn’t work (no sign again). Tried to order onion rings…out (no signs). Ordered two meals…guy hands me one drink and says “is that all your waiting for?” I’m just missing all the food and another drink. Got home…they forgot my side of chili. This has got to be the worst Sonic in Wichita Falls!!!

Y far my favorite fast food place to go.
Ate about half a chicken sandwich from here last night before realizing it was still raw. Like, BLEEDING raw. Took it back to the store and got a refund, and they apologized but this is still super dangerous. I'm lucky I didn't get sick.EDIT: We wound up calling corporate, and the whole response was pretty much; "Okay, and?" Very nonchalant.
Worst place to eat in Texas. You'd have a better time going hungry. Reported them to the corporate office. Don't think it will help much...
It has it's good days and bad. Anytime I ever come in the morning everyone is rude. Food is cold. And usually my order is wrong. Any time I come in the evening to night it's close to perfect.

Nope won't visit this location ever again!!!! Tots were cold both orders not even warm to the heat lamp,asked for a new order,returned with just one order it was a lg,, first one it's was so hot couldn't hardly bit it, I thought great!! Took another one it was hot took another one cold even to the touch took another one hot the next cold,it's like theymixed the cold o es with a small order of hot ones gave them all to the birds outside never going back this place sucked
Customer service was good but the food was horrible. I was shocked! My fries were cold. I was like ok maybe the busy. Customer service makes up for it. But the burger. When I tell you my burger was cold. I mean it was like the pulled it out of the fridge and didn’t even warm it up. One bite. Spit it out. Made me sick
This is seriously the worst sonic in America expect to wait 15-20 minutes for the simplest items. Going here once is the most painful experience of my life.
