Took 25 minutes to get 2 drinks that I ordered on the app approximately 10 minutes before arriving there. The carhop that brought me my drinks said she didn't work there. She said she works at Dairy Queen and just wanted to visit a Sonic employee.Never going back to this Sonic
Took 10-15 mins to get someone on the speaker. The employee was having a hard time hearing the order because the speakers need to be fixed. I think that goes for all of the stalls because the one next to us were also experiencing the same issues. The Buffalo Popcorn Chicken was half dry and the fries were half full but at least the fries were fresh.
It's a great place for a quick drink stop.
Always my morning stop for drinks before work! Carhops are amazing!
I got a corn dog and 1 cup of ice and it took 10 mins. On top of that the employees look like they haven’t bathed in months.
The buger was cold and the chesse was cold and not even melted on the meat plus the cook forget to put tomatoes, lettuce pickles. The meat was pink in the middle.
This Sonic food at this Sonic restaurant drive-thru was terrible the chicken popcorn ordered was half-full very cold and hard overcooked the we're the same the hamburger was not tasty at all and made sloppy but the help was friendly unfortunately we have no desire to visit this Sonic ever again.
The orders are taking wayyy too long. 14 minutes for a drink.
Hair in the food for one for two my pregnant wife just wanted the broccoli cheddar tots and asked for so and was given normal tots on top of a smushed burger with everything falling out due to it being upside down in the wrapping , over all the worst experience I’ve had at any sonic and we won’t be going there again
Horrible experience and we will NOT be back. We ordered on the app and the order and payment went through. We checked In fine so the order was not accidentally placed somewhere else. After waiting 15 minutes past the time the app said the order would be ready, my husband pressed the button to call a carhop. She immediately got on and said “it’s coming” then we thought she disconnected. But she didn’t. She left the screen on “red button pressed” so we couldn’t call again. So we moved to a different lane but no one would answer. My husband then got out and went inside and was told they didn’t know what he was talking about - there was no order.
