I drive a lot and I usually order drinks through the app which saves a bit of money.The drinks are always cold and fresh, I don't think I've ever had a bad drink from sonic, except maybe the sweet tea, sweet tea kind've sucks here, it isn't sweet enough.Food is overpriced at sonic, always has been, for no reason at all.Staff and management seem nice, great experience. Thanks
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS SONIC!!! GO UP THE STREET TO THE OTHER ONE!!! THEY CHARGE .25 PER SAUCE NO MATTER WHAT, THEY BURN THE FOOD WHEN THEY ACTUALLY GIVE YOU THE CORRECT FOOD, THE "GM" IS A COMPLETE JOKE, THEY DONT MAKE THE FOOD CORRECTLY, AND THERE WAS A SHORT GREY HAIR ON MY GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!!! I THREW IT IN THE TRASH THATS GROSS!! THEY ARE SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THIS SONIC IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISGRACE TO ALL SONICS!!! We ordered tots for our toddler and they assumed the tots were substituted for our meal. We have a family of 7 and whenever we order 7 meals. We are still only given 2 sides of ranch. That is just ridiculous. 7 different people have their own meal and not allowed a side dip.
The Sonic mgr Mary is the best in theCounty Drinks &!Food and customerService. They need to put sausage inTheir Jr. Breakfast burritos but that is the only negative thing I have to say.Mary the mgr and Kerry keep that location @AAA plus on Seymour hwyWichita Falls, Tx
I don't go to this one a lot.. I'm partial to the one I live by.. But when I do go it's always, great service and great food. 10/10 recommend.
Terrible customer service I used to work for sonic and I would never have the attitude they did regardless of what the customer ordered... the lady at the speaker could hardly hear me when she finally heard me all I asked for was a white milk .. when I got to the window it took at least 5-6 min for them to get me a white milk and when the woman came to the window she gave it to me with an attitude... she slammed the window in my face as I asked for a straw so I just left but I highly recommend elsewhere because that is ridiculous!
