They closed the lobby early. The car line is stacked up six deep and moving slowly. I think the employees don’t want to be there. I think we’re about to bail.
We were finished with shopping and wanted a little something different for dinner so we gave Schlotzskys a try and was very happy we did! Ordered 2 original combos which were served in less than 10 minutes. The counter person was very nice as was the service. The store was clean and comfortable, we will return again because the sandwiches were very good!
My grandma had gotten a sandwich last week and she said someone had spilled a whole thing of pepper in her sandwich. I went and got a turkey original this afternoon and the meat was covered in pepper. Did you change your meat? It ruined the whole sandwich. I’ve had several situations happen here where the meat is different sometimes.
I’m guessing this restaurant is having the same issues as other places with staying fully staffed. Tried to call around 7 pm and was told they were not accepting call in orders. So we drove up to Schlotzsky’s, and as my husband walked up to the front doors, someone locked them with an hour to go. Really disappointing. The food has gone down in quality recently too, so maybe it was for the best.

The food is delicious and the service is great! I feel very welcome and at home dining in. I’ve never had a bad experience with either food or service in anyway, it’s definitely worth the price! The Original is always my favorite. Schlotzky’s blows the other sandwich shops out of the water, hands down!
Clean, great service, good food. Can't ask for anything else. One of our favorite go-to fast food restaurants in WF.

I ordered a larger salad and cinnabon. It looked great on the menu and this was my first time eating here. I enjoyed the salad though they only gave me a small amount of dressing for a large salad. I tried to take a bite of the Cinnabon but it was so hard I couldn’t!!!
