Nothing changed as far as service goes. Havnt been there in several years because of bad attitude of waitress. Ordered curbside pick up. Girl that brought my order out, handed it to me, never said a word. No thank you, come back, have a nice evening. Service is the number 1 thing restaurants sell. They sure need to teach this to people working there.
First time order! Very disappointed! 5 pm sold out of wet and dry ribs. No Turkey! Chicken extremely dry. Not sure I will attempt to place an order here again.
The food was delicious as always. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Just took so long g to get food after we ordered. Don't know if the kitchen was backed up or what . Just waited long time for our food today
We decided to give Rib Crib another try after the last time we went and they gave us very very small portion size of meat for the $18 price tag we paid! I ordered the 2 meat combo and this is what I got! If this is really the portion size you get for $18 then we will never be going here again.The brisket was very dry as well. Very disappointed ???
The food portions are huge and the food was amazing. Make sure to try the fried pickles. Everyone was happy with their meal and there was no wait on a Saturday.
The Rib Crib is a national BBQ restaurant, but the WFTX a location is a gem in the chain’s crown. The staff keeps the restaurant clean and tidy. The decorations are tasteful and region specific. The food was per order, timely, hot, and delicious! Our waitress was happy and helpful with a great sense of humor. My five-year-old granddaughter liked her Mac n cheese, and she absolutely loved the corn on the cob. If you have opportunity to stop by The Crib, don’t pass it up!

I got their pig out pack to go and didnt get any of the extras as advertised. I wasnt thrilled wi tut h their potatoe salad either. The beans and brisket were good tho.
Food was great as always. Plate shown is called the Motherlode. Our waitress Jazlyn was amazing. She is attentive and hard working. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is because of the hostess. She was lazy, unpleasant, and was no help to her team. Having said that, we will definitely be coming back for this delicious BBQ.
