Food is always great but about $30 for a couple of 6 piece chicken tender meals is pretty steep. That said, I've never gotten a rock hard wad of breading, or an undersized mini piece that some places will rip you off with. Overall this place is expensive for fast food but I've never been unhappy and I keep going back (not as often as I'd like, but maybe that's a good thing). If they weren't so expensive I'd give them a 5.
The food is good but the employees screaming and yelling isn't. You can not have a conversation because when someone comes in an employee tells how many came in. The cooks yell that an order is ready. Not a pleasant place to eat. Wichita Falls, Texas on Kemp.
Normally always have a wonderful experience. But on Wednesday, I came in to catch up with some friends while grabbing dinner. Some group of white kids thought it was funny to have someone pretend to be a worker & come over & harass us. Not sure how management thought that was okay.
Called to place an order for LEO that are responding to the tornado that recently hit Jacksboro. Asked if they would like to add a donation for the LEOs the insensitive guy on the phone said he didn’t know about donating but would be happy to take my order, he didn’t know prices, didn’t have paper to take my order or a pen, I finally asked to speak with a manager, he said he was in the bathroom so he took my number down and said is that all, yes that my number… no call back from the manager. Just a very insensitive and rude experience.People Have a huge impact on places in the customer service world.
The food is great!The customer service was wonderful, we have food allergies and they took the time to check the ingredients for us to be on the safe side when ordering.
I trust no one who doesn't LOVE Cains. Fresh lemonade, tender chicken, yummy bread, crispy fries and Cains Sauce! What's not to love!!
My hubby and I always share the box combo no slaw extra toast. Side of fries. Food was cooked perfectly no issues other than chicken pieces size, but I heard the cashier yelling at the staff to watch what they send out because people do share orders ?Bathrooms were spotless like alwaysFountain area was clean, custom service was spot on and the restaurant was spotless!!! This will always be where we stop on our way home from Ft Worth!!! This places keeps me full for the whole 5 hour drive ?Keep up they great work yall!!!

Split the large six piece meal and it was plenty.Never ate there before. Was surprised at the size of the chicken and it was good.
Taste is how it's supposed to be. Chicken tenders with special sauce and fries. Crunchy ice and great sweet tea. Coleslaw isn't bad. The manager with the Cane's beanie was so awesome and had dedication for his duties. He greeted tables and assisted other employees!
