I will not order Pizza hut delivery again .I was told pizza hut canceled my order and my Pizza was threw away .if they still had it would of just went and picked it up that order was $30 and then I spent $25 on another Pizza. Because I was told it was threw away .then when I woke up this morning found it on a chair outside so I spent $50.00 on Pizza last night . And they said my money would be refunded we will see i.doubt it since they said it was thrown away.
I love Pizza Hut, it's one of my favorite pizza places to eat here in Wichita Falls. Thin and Crispy crust is the only way to go. Stop in here for great pizza. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Food was great and prepared per order. No buffet as per pandemic but 2 people working. For their staff I cant complain but the location and the wait time does not correlate
The Pizza is usually very good. We ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza. There were not 4 slices of one kind and 4 of the other. There were mushrooms, onions and Italian sausage messily spread on to all but one piece of Pizza, and we found a mushroom on that piece anyway. The Pizza was supposed to have extra cheese, and we paid for it. there was a lot of cheese on some of it, but not all of it. This was a sloppy Pizza!
This time our experience was much better. We received a coupon for a free pizza because our last order was delivered late. This pizza was ready when we picked it up, and it was amazing. Thank you for taking care of your customers.
It took almost an hour and a half to get my order. It was luke warm. It was not hot. Considering the restaurant is 5 minutes away, I would have expected at least really warm!
It was probably the saddest medium Pizza I got you! It had 12 pepperoni and mushrooms. My wings were good. No dip sauce that I ordered and no drink that I paid for.
The pizza was delicious and the price was great! Also, it was hot and ready to go by the designated time. Excellent experience.
So great and helpful. We took 5 teenagers to eat for my nephew's birthday. They were very welcoming.
