I don't know how they can charge more for cheese sticks when they don't put and on the sticks. sad excuse for easy money.
They were awesome I was in a bad mood very agitated and the girl in the drive threw was awesome it was ice and snow on the ground and the car kept sliding my phone was trippin it was not a good day but this girl was very patient and professional I wish I knew her name so I can give her props .

Ordered pizza and sides along with Soda and never received anything. Driver called me 5 times to get apt. And directions. He stated he was not from here and found the entire situation as a joke to be laughed about. Called store to ask what was going on when “GMO”, at least that is the title he gave himself. Stated you have already been refunded and hung up. No apology. No, I will make this right just hung up. This is my second time to try and order from pizza hut.
This is a great location for take-out or dine-in but they are not anywhere close to ready to have their dining room open. Still, the staff was happy and helpful even during a difficult dine-in experience.
Picked up our pizza’s and both looked like they were cooked last week!! They were hard & like cardboard! Extremely disgusting!
having a cashier that isnt as doom and gloom as the day is long would help, but ignoring that i found a long black hair baking into the pizza under my cheese. we have lost our appetite for pizza hut for awhile.
Years ago I promised myself I'd no longer be a brand loyal consumer and accept less than satisfying service just because. I hadn't had The Hut for several years until I went to a small gathering pre C-19 distancing and I tasted the food again. I learned that I had a slice of pizza from the Jacksboro Hwy location in Wichita Falls Texas. I've returned my loyalty to Pizza Hut thanks to the staff and quality of food, delivery and online orders!
Keep better stock. Always running out of certain items (drinks mostly). Today they were out of regular fries. Delivery drivers need to double check orders are correct before leaving store. Multiple instances of calling store to have driver come back because of missing items or incorrect items. Ex. Tonight I received dry boneless wings without the honey BBQ sauce.
