My daughter and my grandson got salmonella poisoning and norovirus from this Pizza Hut. The baby had to go to the ER today because he was having bloody diarrhea. Y’all are nasty!! If you don’t want to get sick, don’t order from this Pizza Hut!

I placed an online order , and 1.5 hrs later get a call they canceled my order because that store was the wrong one....when I called the right store (Sheppard access) and placed my order they never showed up. By then it was too late to order from anywhere else...thanks a lot..want a positive review ? TRY SHOWING UP
Pizza looked like a blind person cut it. Big dinner box. 2 square pizzas. Zero symmetry in the cuts. On one of the pizzas, they literally just cut the crust off at the bottom as the last cut. Same for the cheesy bread. One of the sticks was cut in 2.
I ordered extra cheese and extra pepperoni and they actually did it and I could tell and the pizza was nice and hot
I ordered my food 15 minutes before closing due to just getting off of work, Robert and his crew had my pizza hot and just coming out of the oven when I pulled up..it was the BEST pizza I’ve had in awhile..even with them only having 3 minutes before closing!
My pizza never showed up so I ordered from another place. I am a loyal customer of Pizza huts but unless I get some incentive like maybe a free large single topping pizza I will not be using Pizza Hut or their app ever again.
Cheesy breadsticks were over cooked. Pizza was done right and nice and hot.The store was freezing cold in the lobby.
5 more dollars to make the one topping pizza a supreme on the special is a little too much
I am used to slightly more meat on the pizza more evenly distributed .. when it arrived most of the toppings were in the center ,2 to 3 inches of edges were just cheese
