Best pizza around always hot fresh best!!!!
The pizza at this particular location is absolutely horrendous. Gratuitous lack of quality. The pizzas were doughy, with almost no toppings. If you want Papa John's go to the Kemp location. The Sheppard Access location sucks!

Customer service is terrible. They hung up on me, I tried to call back n they acted like my address didn’t exist. My friend ordered a pizza and had it delivered to the same address half an hour prior to me trying to order. I called the first time and they said they were “connecting me to someone else” after I told them the address and then they hung up. The second time I had my friend call, thinking I messed the address up the first time, but they pretty much did the same thing to her even tho she was able to order a pizza a little bit earlier
Love me some papa John's! I've gone to this one for years and it's always great! Only downside for me is I have to drive to get it due to their delivery or service area not covering my town. Oh well, I still love it.

Delivery on time pizza is good.
The delivery driver was excellent (made two trips to the bldg), besides that everything was terrible. *first call was told I had an invalid address (end call try again), slightly more knowledgeable but was told they don’t deliver to my bldg (.7 miles away). Third call (another different employee) placed order and was told thirty minutes ?. An hour and a half goes by, supposedly the bldg was put in but not room number. Delivery driver answered phone upon calling again and finally made everything right. Worst delivery service ever experienced (minus the delivery person).
Passing through the area. Decided to order a pizza for dinner. Glad I ordered from this pizza chain. Guy that took my order was slightly difficult to order from. Maybe new or something. Pizza arrived really fast. Delivery person was great. Order was correct ( I order unconventional pizza) and delicious. This Papa John's may make them my "go to" chain for pizza when traveling
