We ordered online. When we got to the restaurant two different employees said they were working on our order. Twenty minutes later a third employee said it never came through and they were starting it now. It took an extra 30 minutes after that to receive our order. It took over an hour from the time our order was estimated to be completed.
It took an hour and 14 minutes to get our order, And when we finally got it everything was ice cold. And they were not even that busy?? We talk to the manager, And everything was taken off of our bill. My sister Could not even eat her food it was so gross and cold.
visited Spring 2022Located in the shopping center, this place is convenient to get to, if you know where it is. There's plenty of parking, and the place seemed pretty well run. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the food is on par with other locations. Although not authentic Mexican food, this place has great food. Would go again.
Had plenty of open tables said it could be an hour or more to seat 3 people. Not impressed
Gross. Long wait, roach crawling on the window, Tacos had no lettuce, cheese or tomatoes on it. Waitress was sweet as could be but the restaurant and food sucked. Won't be going back.
Heather is a amazing waitress. The food was wonderful. But you have to try the avocado fries cooked perfectly and the dipping sauce is the best.
If I could put Zero stars I would. After I finished eating I found a baby cockroach crawling around my plate. I hope you enjoyed the mass amount of vomit in your parking lot.
Our food was very good and the portions were a great size for the money. We had a great waitress despite the fact they were short handed and she was having to juggle way too many tables. The young lady did a fantastic job and was very courteous. The food came to the table in a timely manor and she never let our drinks get empty. Great experience all the way around.
Oops forgot to take a before picture of any of our food. Service was great, food was good. (No complaints especially after the last mexican restaurant we visited forgot we were there..)
Great food and the servers were very attentive. Sadly the hostess was quite rude and when we requested to sit outside on the patio we were told it was reserved, but after eating and visiting the mall for a few hours we never saw anyone sitting on the patio, so I feel this was a lie. I know they are short of wait staff so I assume that was the issue and would have rather been told the truth, just my opinion.
