After a full day of travel we stopped in Wichita Falls for the evening. For supper we went to Northside Grill. We didn't want a lot for supper as we had been sitting all day. My wife and I decided on salads for supper. I had the chicken finger salad that had cut up pieces of fried chicken fingers. The salad was large and fresh. I could only eat about half of it. I brought about half of it to the motel. I had the blue cheese dressing and it was good. My wife ordered the Chef's salad and it was just as large and fresh, only with Ranch salad dressing. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. Even though the girl that brought the to go boxes and checked us out was not the one that took the order she was very friendly and helpful. If in the area again I would definitely go there again
The food is not worth it honestly. $50 for a dinner for two. Everything tasted weird/old and the fries were abhorrent. They tasted old and stale. We got “new ones.” It looked like they popped the same ones in the microwave. We should’ve gone to brick town for those prices. Very bummed out about wasting money here.TLDR: waitress was good, food was not.
As of this evening (Feb 27, 2022) you have lost two of your best customers. Service was fine (no complaints there). Food was barely warm (I had chili on my enchiladas) chili is no good unless hot. Hubby had cheese enchiladas and said it was like eating cheese soup. No cheese to really speak of on my plate. Has the price of onions gone up because no ring on plate as in the past. I wanted a beef, cheese and chicken enchilada and was told no substitutions because it confused the kitchen, WHAT? No we did not complain at the time because we were hungry and didn't want to wait. We ate what we were served. Will not be back at least for a long while. When it was Parkway, service and food both were good. So disappointed. Worst meal ever at this location.
The menu says "Fish Tacos". Don't believe it! They are a fish wrap at best a fish burrito at worst. Asked for salt for my tater tots, ended up getting it myself from another table. Probably won't go back
Bomb. Fresh sports bar food like chicken strips, burgers, tacos and wings. Big beers for great prices! Lovely staff and great atmosphere.
The BEST chicken fried steak and huge cheese sticks!! This is great home cooking!! Definitely my new favorite place, can't wait to try more menu items.
Much better than it looks. Burgers cooked well but the hand cut fries are freakin amazing. Also when you order a tall beer they will give you a tall beer. Certainly will get your money’s worth!
Enjoyed the cheesesticks and the fresh-cut fries. The A1 burger was good, though smaller than I imagined, given the price. Food took longer to be brought out than I figured it would, even though it didn't seem all that busy for a Saturday night (and with TV's everywhere, it wasn't that big a deal). Server was attentive. Not being from around these parts, the two entrances to the bar and restaurant areas (which are then completely separated inside the building) confused me. Overall, I liked it.
Good food and friendly staff.
My salad was good , but my husbands chicken fried was tough and the fries was cold.
