Used to be good, quality has gone way down. I'm dairy and gluten intolerant so it's nice that they have sorbets that are absent of those allergens. Went in today and the pineapple sorbet tasted spoiled, I told the worker and she said that she couldn't taste anything. Most of the other flavors were basically water, 2/10 wouldn't recommend.
Was very disappointed. Came to pick up online order. Arrived at 9:05. It is now 9:22 and order still not started. When I came in employee was sweeping. Only 1 employee and building is standing room only. Poor kid. He is doing a great job based on what he is dealing with!
Love their flavors, very family friendly, and the owner is lovely. Highly recommend!
Military discount is nice. Product is pretty standard. Cool spoons. Would appreciate different cleaning materials less smelly
Walked over to grab some yogurt after ramen. My daughter, who only eats chocolate, went to fill her cup and was met with runny brown sludge. Clearly, it wasn't ready to dispense. So i directed her to the chocolate mouse, which didn't dispense AT ALL. My daughter's dad tried to dialog with the young man at the register concerning anything chocolate, but the kid seemed baffled. We opted to leave and go down the road.

We have never been there before and my 10 yr old was so happy.... The lady was on the phone talking to her friend...we didn't know what to do... Half the yogurt was out and the out was sour. It was weird... I give 2 stars cuz my son did have fun picking toppings .. but hard pass from our family from now on
Employee was rude, and over charged us. While giving away yogurt to 3 people.
Not really that impressed, it's overpriced and the selection wasn't that great. Just a meh.
