Its sad bc the works seating on the floor ? eating ice cream . To be honest wondering who the manager who can't keep there ppl in line. Sad that these places are round by fools ??
The Store manager ( Cherri ) and general manager( Kathy) have prohibited their employees to speak their native language. Since when do they think they are above the law? Great job McDonalds for having RACIST management Owners! Travis &Elizabeth Clarke we will never come back to this establishment!
Had horrible food poisoning that lasted 4 days and almost sent me to the ER because of a shamrock shake. When I ordered the girl told the manager the machine was saying it was out (meaning at the end) and the Manger said just push it, it will come out. So I paid the price of old, gone bad milkshake. Have contacted the WF health department.
Very, very helpful and polite. I pick up here a few times a week and never had any issues.

We ordered $23 dollars worth of food. We asked for some sweet and sour dipping sauce. We were met with attitude by a manager when we asked for more than one. We had already paid for water and have never had to pay for dipping sauce. We would have gladly paid with out getting "Karin" attitude. After we paid for the sauce and pulled away we were still not given all the sauce we paid for. On top of that the bun on my triple cheese burger was old and flakey. We eat at various McDonald's all too often, almost daily with 5 kids, and this was by far the worst experience we have had at one. Sadly.

I ordered the large full breakfast with eggs, bacon, hash browns and hotcakes, with a large regular Dr Pepper and for mom suage biscuit gravy and addition hash browns ( for a total of 4 hash browns should have been in my order) I only got 2 hash browns and instead of bacon with my meal they threw in a cold sausage patty and they gave me a diet Dr PepperI paid extra for the meal with bacon paid for those hash brownsMight not be so great ordering through the app if my order always is messed up and no way to complain
Food and service was good. The only problem was Big Mac is more of a mini these days.
McDonald's was famous for having the best fries for years. They are undercooked, cold and awful now. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!
