I went threw the drive thru maybe 30 minutes ago. I ordered a Bacon Double Quarter meal plain and I only had one peice of meat and NO BACON. I paid extra, I have the right ticket on my box. I also ordered a Deluxe Spicy Chicken sandwich and they used shredded lettuce. What in the world are the managers doing for training because this isn't the first time I have had my orders wrong. I live 30 minutes away and this makes me more angry then anything else. Learn to train your staff, your quality control is terrible,
Sat in line for 20 minutes 1 car from the 1dt window was on lunch break. Finally pulled out and went across the street with no issues. Historically poor service st this franchise
Really good food had games in the table And my granddaughter really loved it cause she's a kid
The store is nice & clean. Free wi-fi. Pls start carrying the vegan burger!

Nothing wrong with the food, the 1 star rating is because of the service I recieve. The older lady who works the drive through window (on multiple occasions) doesn't like if you ask for sugar and cream. Everytime I've ever dealt with her she has the worst demeanor and acts like it's a big deal to give me the exact amount of creamer and sugar I ask for. I paid for my coffee and I expect to be able to mix it like I like it. Not really sure why she has to be so rude about it every time. I thought the first time she was just having a bad day so I didn't let it affect mine but the last 3x I've dealt with her I realized she isn't having a bad day, she just has a bad attitude. I went there every single day for coffee before work. After the last encounter with her ive decided to take my business elsewhere. Customer service sure isn't what it use to be. Sad world.
The person at the speaker taking orders in the drive thru was not paying attention or simply doesn't know his job. I ordered a burger and a sweet tea but he charged me $8.?? I asked him to read back my order and he read it exactly as I ordered and when I got to the next window after I had time to look at the receipt, I guess the guy was trying earn an extra 5 bucks. Watch out for the price you are asked to pay as opposed to the pride on the receipt!
Well I love McDonald's instead of my kids and my boyfriend however at this particular location I've had quite a few bad experiences. I'm constantly overcharged for items that I did not order I get my food cold this staff isn't the friendliest nor the most knowledgeable.And I don't normally talk about about food places and especially not a McDonald's I love the McDonald's in Burkburnett Texas however you know I am doing a post right now reviewing someone and I go out to honestly say that this one just didn't meet my par.
Under new management I guess andy order never seems to be correct. Also, today's person giving the food was not nice.
