Several times I've placed to-go curbside orders with the app and it takes WAY longer than going through the drive thru. Wife and I actually saw cars come in while the drive thru line was all the way around the building, and those cars came and went while we were still waiting for an order we placed before we got there.....What's the point of curbside then?
I go here once in a while, not as often as I used to because I'm trying to eat healthier these days. I'm giving 4 stars because almost everytime I go through the drive thru they try and give me someone else's order. Yesterday they tried giving me 2 different orders. The girl tried handing me two coffees. I said those aren't mine, and she proceeded to pour them out... Interesting. I'm curious if it belonged to the person behind me...
This location has a lot of upgrades and is very high tech, with contactless services and it’s extremely modern, they also have a playground my three-year-old loves this location.
They are so slow. I just spent quite a bit of time and gas money and got lukewarm fries.
Absolutely love mickey ds!! Fast, reliable and always yummy. Depends on the time of day, but the lines are sometimes ridiculously long.
Fast and friendly service . I prefer this location over the other ones , the employee have a bit more manners and have better customer service then the other locations.
Just keeps getting worst nearly 3 dollars for a small fry that they were cold the bigmacs were no better i am done with McDonalds now on i will go to wendys or burger king McDonalds was good about 30 yrs ago now not so much i will take my business else where
Very seldom do I encounter a McDonald’s with GREAT customer service.On our way home and stopped in Wichita Falls to grab lunch and both employees we spoke to were EXTREMELY nice.It’s New Years Eve and I’m sure they wanted to be off yet they still provided us with great service.Great Job McDonalds on Kemp street!
Had a double quarter pounder and a 10 piece nugget thanks to the 2 for 6. Loved it. Hadn't had McDonald's in years and this definantly made up for it.
i'm being generous w/ the 3... sometimes families come to McD's just for the playland and EVERY time we did there was a (b-day) party of ~10-11 y/o boys going CRAZY in the tiny playland and no workers stopped this! Tell the parents plz y'all's children are over the age limit for safety reasons! >_>They knocked a baby toddler backwards down the stairs cuz they were playing chase! and my child was too scared to play (for a good reason o_o) it was like a stampede! it's scary for a small child,, thundering feet and super-fast giants rushing around! lol they shouldn't be playing in there i mean i don't wanna say anything cuz that's too awkward i'm too scared i don't wanna confront a situation >_> i'll just leave lolol eef! heh
