The establishment has beautiful architecture. The food is exquisite and would please the tongue of the most passionate seafood eaters. They also have cheesecake packaged from what appears to be walmart that they serve which can not be found anywhere else. I have seen countless families come through the doors with the upmost delight knowing that they are going to have a 10/10 dine in experience. If I were to rank Long John Silvers on a fast food tier list I would give it an S!

I went through the drive-thru and got the 6.99 meal deal. One fish, three shrimp, one side, and two hush puppies.The fish was very greasy, the shrimp was greasy and had too much batter and no hush puppies the only thing that was good was the side of coleslaw the rest of it I threw it in the trash

They didn’t not answer the drive thru for me and the next driver.So, I walked inside, a dirty white guy employee walked to the counter kicking a box of condiments on the ground. He took my order, but didn’t asked for my sides. I said “you didn’t asked for my sides”, he said “ we never ask you for your sides with an attitude”. Then he became more unprofessional and ask me to leave, he didn’t give his name when I asked and pointed to the door twice. His description is dirty white male around 35, eye glasses, about 5’10”, wearing a blue shirt. The plus size white female was polite, wearing a black shirt. This happened Sunday night at 9pm, 4-3-2022.

It was horrible. They wouldn't let us pick our sides for my family's meals, and when we asked they shut off the box and wouldn't reply. They had also got our order completely wrong. This is overall the worst place I have ever ate at. Never going to come here again... horrible horrible customer service as well...

Place was filthy. Dirty tables and floors. No napkins, no vinegar, no lids for drinks, dispensers empty or near. Register lady was slow, slow, inept. Took break on phone in back table area after waiting on us, leaving other customers to other staff. Cook seemed to be only one on the ball. Food was good but other so bad, couldn't overlook.

Or food was very fresh. The workers were very attentive and detail oriented! This was my best experience at Long John Silver's in a long time! Way to step up your game guys!

This place is getting so nasty. Always loved the food but don't think we will be back till they clean it up.

Its been a while since I visited, but me and a visiting friend had lunch there today. Everything was amazingly delicious!! The girl who rang us up was very friendly, but I don't know her name. We had the fish, chicken and shrimp. We were both very happy with the taste of everything! My friend had never heard of ringing the bell when leaving, but I sure gave it a big ring :)

Food was fresh and hot. Store was clean. Employees were friendly and the manager was working her tail off on orders.Will be back again.

Iam absolutely outraged. I have never experienced such terrible service, disrespect and ignorance from a manager named Jessica at store #31183 In wichita falls tx. I did an online order for a 12 piece meal and a $10 Shrimp Sea Share. Husband went in to get food brought out to check and had no shrimp. Went in to be told to contact corporate for a refund. I took it back in and explained what happened and while dealing with the manager Chris, another employee(come to find out wad also a manager jessica) laughed at me 3x when I was trying to figure out why and how and what they could do to replace the $10. Told me she didn't know where I ordered but they couldn't do anything for me. I said I know that was not true and I was dealing with Chris and he heard and said he would vouch for the disrespect and unprofessional behavior she displayed to me in from of other customers. He was very professional but she continued to talk badly to the other employee and talk over Chris and i's conversation being so rude and disrespectful. She should not be working there with customers let alone in a management role. I just wanted $10 in some kind of food since I already paid online(order #43167061) I did not need to be laughed at and told they couldn't do anything for me and treated so terribly. Chris also informed me that they don't get a phone number or name even though it is required online. If so they could have called and informed me and avoided the entire situation by offering or heading the problem off. If the online system doesn't match the system in store (ex. $10 Sea share) these issues need to be dealt with not just avoided and hoped the customer doesn't notice or stealing $10 from them by not providing them something in exchange or a refund. I will be following up on the Jessica situation because no one deserves to be treated that way when she is working in customer service.
