This is the absolute worst Little Caesars I've ever seen,The pizza was grossly undercooked on top the cheese was barely melted which means the ingredients on top don't get cooked at all especially when there's no little brown bubbles on top like they advertise.The manager proceeded to tell me that she had been there for 6 yearsSix years too long I would say for the simple fact is she doesn't understand how a pizza cooks And how the ingredients on the pizza get cooked. She proceeded to try to be Lippy about it, got my money back but I would not settle for under cook pizza and I hope no one else Is settling for Uncooked Pizza.We work too hard for our money nowadays to settle and to accept Undercooked food.As you will see most of the five star reviews for Star reviews are from years ago this place is not what it used to be
This one doesn't have any dipping sauces available like the little Caesars I am used to getting pizza from. Also when paying the options didn't say debit, instead it had "gift card" or "credit" as the choices so I asked the girl how to make it debit and she didn't know, seems like an employee might be more knowledgeable and definitely more helpful than what I encountered. Doubt I'll return to this location even though it's closer to me than the other I prefer staff that is sincere in trying to be helpful and friendly. Should teach the kids you hire that without customers they would have no job, perhaps that would help them view the customers as more than an interruption and annoyance.
The hula Hawaiian pizza I ordered today was so very poorly made. I mean for the minimal price you sacrifice the quality of the food.. So sad, my advice, make your own pizza at home..
Not best cleansers, pizza was little to no crust in middle and no sauce a real greasy mess. Maybe just my experience, only visited once

i waited 35 min for a cheese pizza. the girl at counter was using profanity with children present in the lobby.
I don't call in my order but go in. I order the 3 meat pizza for 8.00. Then I am ready to pay and the total is 11.00 or a different price. It should be 8.65 with tax. But every time I get a different price. My mom who likes their pizza orders her own. That is the only reason I go there.
They were disorganized an employee came in an of coarse she got served frist cause why not I had to wait 20 25 minutes for aa hot n ready an crazy breadthe off duty employee got served frist!I highly doubt I'll be back if I could give negative stars I would also I've been tonight clubs less noisy the state of your store sucks also also Christopher Parker left this revue
This is by far the worst experience and the worst customer service at the location off loop 11. I arrived at 6:23pm, ordered 2 sausage pizzas and an order of cheese bread at 6:27 pm. I was finally given my order at 7:20 pm. Was never given an update until 7:05 when I looked at the person in the back handing everyone else’s pizzas out. They said they burned the cheese bread. Even when the pizzas came out almost an hour after I placed the order there was no apology for the wait nor an offer for a free item for the wait. DO NOT go to this place for anything.
This last visit was great! My pizza was correct and it was actually fresh, plenty of toppings and very hot and cheesey! That doesn't happen often. Only twice has my pizza been this awesome!❣️ It should be like that every time ❣️ Thanks
