I pulled up to the drive thru, a lady asked to take my order, I asked for a moment, then another employee yelled through the speaker asking to take my order 5 seconds later. When I placed my order--crickets. Nothing but silence. I asked if they got my order, no, so I gave it again, slightly louder. Again, nothing but silence. The third time, I spoke loud enough for the car behind me to hear my order. This employee was rude. The K2 meal is a BREAST, a wing, mashed potatoes w/ brown gravy, a biscuit and a medium drink. I pulled up to the window; while getting cash from my wallet, he sticks his head out of the drive thru and yells at me twice how much the order is. I got my very over battered THIGH, a very dry wing, and a soda with absolutely no syrup in it, just soda water, a biscuit that was stale but the mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and on point! Hey! At least I could eat the potatoes! I called the store when I got home, and when they answered the phone they were rude. Will not return. Too bad you have to give at least one star.
The people that work at KFC / Taco Bell are really nice guys considering there's only four of them running the whole place by themselves they are very professional
Not pleased with the take out at KFC. Chicken was very dry as though it was not very fresh. Fries were also dry not fresh. Quick service ,but not good tasting.
OMG!! Ordered 2 piece dark. Got two thighs and a leg. All were dry. Heat Lamp food! Order was around $5.34. (No receipt) Handed them $10.34. She said that’s too much money. I said put it in your little computer and it will tell you you owe me $5.00 even. She looked surprised! How did he know?Don’t know why fast food restaurants around SAFB have poor service, wrong orders, and sloppy food. Our military community deserve better than that. It’s embarrassing.
I went thru drive thru and my order was incorrect and I made a complaint on line because I live in Fruitland, TX outside of Bowie, TX. The manager called me and told me to come by and he would make it right. It took over a month ffg or me to make it back up to WF and KFC. The manager had just left but another employee knew what was going on and she took care of it quickly. I was impressed and this restored my faith in KFC/Taxo Bell to honor their service to customers. I will be a continuing customer for sure.
The food was good and tasty, just like you would want. Even the kids like it, and they are hard to please. However, the gravy was watery.
Rude people wrong order still when I got the order of the second time it was wrong poor service first time ever I have been treated this way at this Taco Bell KFC
Great service and good food! They ran out of chicken breast but they asked before substituting and also gave us freezes for the unconvince!

It's gotten a lot better recently. I use to avoid this location, but so far I've had great service and no issues with my orders.
