I visited this bistro a week ago with 6 other people. Really cute stylish place. The waitress was also helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, several of our meals didn't live up to the same standard. Several of the items we requested were unavailable... surprising since we arrived at 7:15. I ordered the roasted beet salad with candied pecans, goat cheese, and pears. Unfortunately for those of us who ordered this, the salad arrived without candied pecans. When I asked I was told they were out, so when I asked they brought me raw un-toasted pecans to add to the salad. Frankly, I think the candied pecan shortage should have been mentioned at the time we ordered, as this was a crucial component. My beets were undercooked and the pear slices were slightly crunchy. I also had the onion soup -- the flavor was excellent, but I found two bay leaves in my small cup of soup. The duck egg rolls were bland. My friend ordered shrimp and grits She said the shrimp was good, but the grits were undercooked and she didn't eat them. The group agreed that the cupcakes they had for dinner were very good. I do think this restaurant needs a bit of fine tuning. It's a bit pricey to be delivering disappointing food.
Your website allowed me to make reservations for lunch at 11:00 am, Thursday march 31 (I received confirmation by email). However, when we arrived, the restaurant was closed, still the sign by the front door said open at 11am. This was extremely embarrassing with my guests, and then I receive an email asking me to review my visit. Your website needs to be updated with accurate information; this was a waste of time and disrespectful. My guests and I, with very limited time for lunch, had to start walking around trying to find a place to grab food.

Sadly, I do not get the hype about this place. I’ve been numerous times and the service has definitely been subpar every single time - as if the wait staff is doing me a huge favor to seat us at a table or take our order. With the exception of the beet root hummus, every dish I’ve tried sits extra heavy and feels too smothered in sauce, butter, oil, etc. And FYI - if you try to place a call-in order, there are many items from the online “takeout” menu that aren’t available at different times of the day. Two stars for the ambience, but I don’t think I’ll go back anytime soon.
Oh my goodness, why haven't I been here before? Lovely, absolutely lovely. Wonderful atmosphere. The history of this space has been well balanced with modern touches. The Speakeasy cocktail menu is a temptation. Our dinner was flavorful, elegant and portioned just right. And the service! Best in town and I know all our servers in town work hard! Thank you for a fantastic, relaxing meal.
Terrible experience, so noisy, we couldn’t hear each other talk at our table. No manager to talk to with our concerns.
This place was terrible, I ordered a pasta plate for my grandson and we got a cold plate of pasta with no sauce. Our hamburgers were burnt. I couldn’t believe they would serve a plate of pasta without a sauce.
Excellent place to eat!! Relaxing atmosphere yet still fancy, and the employees are awesome. Always incredible food, and the cupcakes are to die for.
Brunch here was great!!! This place is so fresh to walk into… cute stylish … the food was amazing … I had a burger so good w there special sauce too…
Best spinach dip ever. Steaks are also amazing.
