This is what I see after I place my order and find a halfway clean table to sit at, dirty tables and a nasty broom up in the middle of it, what a mess!And if that don’t beat everything you’ve ever seen, I had to stand up on a chair to get ice from the top of ice machine because nobody who works there would acknowledge the machine was jammed up! And… I don’t appreciate all the staff arguing in espanol, what a disappointing lunch. NEVER again at this location, I do not recommend this place. This is my personal experience.
This location needs to get it together. It was ridiculous enough that we waited in the lobby 15 minutes before leaving without even being acknowledged…but the worst part is, the cook and the drive-thru attendant were arguing about work. Why wasn’t someone working the front? Why only 3 employees? What the heck Jack in the Box?? I haven’t seen a more poorly run fast food restaurant than this in my life. Will never return. You. ? Lost. ? A. ? Customer. ?
Just waited 20 minutes inside with no acknowledgment from any of the employees. I listened to many of them argue about who was going to take the next order & one of the female employees said “I’m not helping anyone, anymore”. I’m front of me were 6 other customers who had also not been helped, or even acknowledged. Management needs to intervene.
I ordered from DoorDash. The food was delicious but the drinks were completely wrong. I ordered a sprite and a Dr Pepper and I didn't think that was too hard to get.
Great service. Clean resturaunt and everyone masked up with gloves. Staff cleaned tables between customers. I will definitely go back again. This review from the writer of Last of the Knowers.
Love this place, the staff is just amazing, and they have fast and polite service here. Can't say enough about them.
They don’t give a f here fighting with customers, no food,no tacos, I have a video. Girl just asked if I wanted a receipt and pocked the money. The guy cooking is coughing like crazy. The first and last time I’ll be here and contacting the health department.
Absolutely awful, we received everything wrong with our order and what we did get was cold. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Genuinely cannot even eat a bite. The tea tasted like bath water if a dirty old man, they put the entire tub of mayo on my burger (the wrong burger, as well), didn’t even give my girlfriend her sandwich, the fries were cold, and the poppers were just plain bad.
