This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Jack in the Box. Two of the employees loudly fighting almost the entire time I was there. Normally I wouldn't care about this but the the noise and distraction is probably why my order was messed up and was definitely why I didn't want to order more as I didn't want to be there any longer then I had to be. That being said it's still Jack in the Box and you can't really screw up curly fries and a bacon double even if they didn't get it plain.
My new favorite fast food place! Their bacon swiss burger is my absolute favorite!!! Can't get enough! Staff is always friendly and welcoming
The fryer oil had something burnt in it. It stuck to fries and tacos. They were aweful.
Wife seems to love their buttery burgers so they are good for a quick snack
Got the new chicken strips. Mostly breading, almost rock hard, and the fries tasted exactly like cardboard. (Don't lie, you all tasted cardboard at one point in your life just to find out). Hadn't been there in almost a decade. Won't be going back anytime soon.
Traveling home to Colorado after visiting family , ordered 70 dollars worth of food and only got half of what we ordered , skip this place they can't count.
I came with a group of 5 uniformed servicemen that were completely ignored at the counter. People were eating inside, this wasn't a covid problem. Left after watching an employee see us and turn away. All happened last Friday at about 1215.
I am a Jack fan any time any place monster tacos Breakfast Jack's and all the great items are nice I think they might have a policy of the customer is always right, unheard of these days no complaints from me
I love JITB, But this store just took my 4 star to a 1 star because the employees were just awful, the drive thru lady was super rude and not patient and the cooks and person who puts all the food in our bag left out our curly fries, and they also just threw our food into the bag with no remorse, super disappointed and won't be coming back to this location
Good food but they have a tendency to not have a lot of items especially at night. They also forget a lot of food from your order or don’t pay attention to the things you ask to have taken off or on. Their prices are high for a burger joint…
