Ordered coffee, but they provided cream but no sugar, or utensils or straws for water (couldn't even stir my coffee). This lasted at least 20 minutes.We had to ask the lady sweeping the floor bc we could not get ahold of our waitress. We did not see our waitress from the time that we ordered, until our food came out.We asked for crispy bacon and got soft bacon. We ordered the Spicy Poblano bowl, but got something totally different. The pancakes tasted like corn flour and did not come out with our order. Considering how long it took for our food to come out, it makes no sense. There were numerous other errors. Our waitress corrected the errors as we brought them to her attention, but each time there was a very long wait time and there were still errors. Lots of wait staff standing around yet our waitress worked 6-7 tables including a large group that came after us. We can't believe lunch took so long. Our meal took approx 45 minutes to come out. Not sure what caused it, but we won't do that again. We walked in at around 1:45 and didn't get out until 3:10pm. And no, we did not just sit around talking, we couldn't wait to get out of there.
Makayla the service was extremely rude the moment my daughter and I walked in the door. Pancakes were under cooked, fries were cold and stale.
OMG! If you have not tried this place out yet you are definitely missing out. The staff is here very friendly. The food is great and the hospitality that IHOP has I love coming here with my family definitely would recommend to anyone and it is very kid friendly.
Finally an IHOP that was clean.that in itself is a surprise normally I walk out the door from the stench alone.It was a different one so I decided to give it a chance the waitress was really friendly. The food showed up pretty quickly. I don't appreciate the fact that all you can eat pancakes takes 25 minutes to get to your table when you ask them.ask for another stack of two. but other than that I guess it was okay it was clean. already three stars right there just on smell and cleanliness.?
Waitress waS so nice and checked on us often. Food was very good. Absolutely no issues. Everything was great.

There on a Saturday afternoon and not busy at all. Service barely acceptable and even saw patrons leave due to being left unattended. Maybe just a staffing issue. Gone are the days of the IHOP portions sad to say. Food taste and texture a 2.5. Maybe mornings are better.
The worst customer service experience I've had. The two people at the front were atrocious. Our waitress was forgetful and slow. Food was on par with IHOP. Horrible customer service.
Good food. Waitress very pleasant . Service was good. However the restaurant was dirty from the entrance to the entire restaurant. . The plasticguards between each booth were greasy and sticky . The entrance doors were very sticky and greasy. They appeared to have enough help at the time. Face mask are ridiculous. , protecting you from what, too much emphasis on maskAnd not enough on cleanness.!
The food was good when we finally got it, but I had to send my sandwich back twice for them to fix it. I had to watch my husband eat because they had to remake my food, and by the time they finished it the 3rd time my boyfriend was done and I was reasy to leave. Our waitress however was very nice
