This was our first time. We arrived around 7:15 in the evening so I'm attributing my experience to that.First, our experience with the staff was great! Our waitress was very kind and welcoming.Second, our experience with the food was... Ok. Again, I'm assuming our first plate was food that had been sitting for a while. Some of the rice was hard and the egg rolls were a little soft.All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience but an underwhelming one.
Went there at noon. They STILL serve leftover food. The egg rolls, crab rangoon, pot stickers ALL STALE, COOL IN TEMPERATURE AND OLD! Our waitress was visiting with a large table of friends so it was hard to get waited on.This isn't the first time this has happened. They ROUTINELY SERVE LEFTOVERS. The only way you don't get LEFTOVERS is to arrive after some other poor soul has eaten it. For what they charge it isn't worth it.I WON'T BE BACK!!
We have been trying several places in town we are new here and this location this restaurant by far has highest quality of food and a much better selection than all of their competitors we will be coming back here absolutely for sure, five stars all day every day! I should also mention that the price point is starkly amazing and very affordable.
There is nothing better in Wichita Falls than Hunan's the family works so hard to make every customer feel like a personal friend. They genuinely care about their customers.Their food is off the charts good and the buffet is my favorite part of eating there so I can try new things.
Had carry out today. Only the egg rolls were acceptable. Wonton soup was flavorless. Entree (happy family) was mediocre, with shrimp tasting old. Fried rice should be left in the package it was taken from. Please—- find another takeout.
it is not good like it was years ago I would not recommend it. the last few times I ate their food was overcooked or cold got sick he came home first time was sick
We love Our Friends at Hunan. We’ve been loyal Customers since they opened back in the 80’s I wanna say, maybe 90’s. It’s always nice to see Mark, Nikki and Ann when we go dine inside. We normally do take out. But it’s always like old times and nice when we dine in. Love them!
Not sure what happened tonight....hot and sour soup was basically chili and water, vegetable plate sauce was too watery, messed up my dinner. This has been our favorite Chinese place for years for us. Wondering if they changed cooks. ?
It was okay... Was hoping for more selection. Hibachi looked great, until you see the meat (clearly had been sitting out way too long).
I just love the food. It's always hot, fresh and very delicious. They are so sweet. They're always making sure drinks are filled and dishes are picked up off the table. I have brought my family and now we go quite often.
