This was a horrible experience. It was about 130 in the afternoon on Friday 7/1/22. My wife and 12 year old son and I. Maybe 1/4 full. Took an hour for our meal to arrive. My son’s fries were stale. They never brought my wife’s fries after telling us for 20 minutes after we received our order that they would be alone soon. I also ordered 10 wings and got 7. The discounted my meal from 10 wings to 6 but said they couldn’t take the fries off even though we never received them. Then they took my son’s meal off as well. Not gonna lie, this is the worst Hooters I have ever been to and frankly don’t think I will be back to the franchise. I still left waitress a 20% tip but even though she kept blaming the kitchen. She told the manager on duty but manager didn’t even come by our table.
I came to Hooters on my lunch break and had the pleasure of Brooklyn being my bartender. She was attentive to my friends and made the best margarita. The wings were good but I’ll be back for Brooklyn’s great service.
Brysann you were good until you gave me a watered down togo drink on purpose! There was maybe one other party when we arrived but we waited 30 minutes for a appetizer, meal came out after another 30 minute wait, fries cold, wings warm....what was the wait for. I see why business is slow, Buffalo wild wings will continue to get everyone's business! Close this place down and open a zaxbys!
Well I have been going to Hooters for years! I have felt like less than nothing at the Hooters here in Wichita Falls Texas.. basically if your not from here and know the people that work here they act like you are not even at the Restaurant. The first time I came in last week the Bartender Jackie was AWESOME!!! Think the rest should take a page out of her book on how to be a people person. She is the last one that I met in here. Not sure if the staff thinks they are better than the People they are taking care of or what the issue is? All I know is I am a Hooters VIP Card member if that’s even a thing anymore??! They are lucky to get two Stars!! I am know for tipping 20 at the least and a 100 at the most for awesome service. Yep no one here even close to that!!!! I am a Manger for my company and will definitely make sure my employees don’t waste there time or Money in this below average Hooters!!
Got seated and placed orders for crab legs and steamed shrimp. Got our crab with cold fries and and no shrimp. Had to wait almost 15 minutes before the shrimp finally came out. And for $143 we could have had 10x better an experience at Papadeaux's.
I haven't been to a Hooters in several years. This one was pretty good. The smoked wings (lemon pepper) were excellent. Service was really good. It's not a place I go to a lot but this isn't a place I'll avoid.
was in the building for approximately 15 minutes with it not being busy, barely got drink orders and was completely ignored after receiving our drinks. Walked out and went to Backporch Drafthouse. walked into backporch, which was super busy and recieved drinks and appetizers within 5 minutes and had order taken. Apparently hooters will only pay attention to you if you are an adult male with only adult males in your party
Got seated, found what we wanted to order, and waited ...and waited....and waited. About 10+ minutes. Store was not busy. At all. Telling since it's a Friday night. Definitely enough waitresses to take our order. We just walked out. Now going to Chili's across the street.
Friendly service in a very clean well put together space. I don't think they bread the wings in house anymore. They tasted like they were made elsewhere and brought in frozen which was disappointing but not unusual.
We’re two girls traveling from out of state decided to eat at the bar there were only two male customers in the whole building and when they started giving us some more attention than the bartender she got upset and told us we had fake IDs I’m almost 30 btw and we had a passport to prove it so we asked for the manager and her response was “this is not my first rodeo” I don’t even know what she meant by that but our IDs are obviously not fake. Literally made us to leave to go to be Buffalo Wild Wings. I have never been treated like before.
