Their good is so good! It's fast food, but it beats the heck out of McDonald's or any of the other typical fast food chains. Their desserts are great too and the service was superb.
Had never been here before and on a whim decided to give it a go. I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised. I went through the drive through and loved the simple menu. I believe in the adage be good at what you do and stick with it. The customer service at the window was awesome and it took about 5 -6 minutes before I got the order which tells me it was fresh. It was one of THE tastiest burgers I have eaten Freddie's has gained a new customer.
WOW had another great experience at Freddy’s only today at Wichita Falls! It was every bit as good with great service as well, as the Lubbock location, keep up the good work!
First time at Freddy's. Ordered jalapeño cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger. The jalapeño cheeseburger was moist, spicy and delicious. The seasoning on the meat made it taste so good. Bacon cheeseburger had onions and jalapeños added on. It was also moist and seasoned nicely. We made it a meal on both orders and had shoestring french fries and onion rings on the other. Was a little disappointed with only 5 onion rings but had plenty of fries. Definitely will go back again. Customer service gets a 5 also. Helpful, friendly, and made sure our order was to our satisfaction.
Service is slow and workers are frantically confused. They seem very young and inexperienced. Long line in drive thru. Counter service took 15 minutes for a single scoop of icecream that was $4.19 and partially melted upon receipt. Tasted great, but I don't think I'll go back any time soon.
Yummy frozen custard but it is RARE to order through the drive through and actually get the correct order. Many times I've just eaten whatever they gave me. I've complained before. It just doesn't change
Best fast food burger in town. I can eat more than you and im here to tell you its not overpriced its good food pur town just isnt used to flavor or seasoning
The staff in here are incredibly kind and awesome, the food is always fresh and accurate , a bit overpriced but still really good.Above and beyond staff though!

The app doesn't always work right, it often shows they are missing stuff that you can get if you go through the drive through or inside. The food is good, and the people are friendly. I personally think the cheese curds are awesome.
