Love going in and grabbing drinks for the team. Everything is always tasty and served in a reasonable amount of time.Cons, I do wish that the menu items had estimated calorie counts and that seasonal menus were updated quicker inside of the shop, rather than only outside.
I don't give a lot of five star reviews. I believe that 5 star should be reserved for above and beyond service and food. This place always delivers. Personally I feel the coffee here is much better than Starbucks, staff is always friendly. And often if I go through the drive thru they have snacks for the doggo. I go here every time I feel like a coffee treat, and take all my out of town guests here as well.
I have enjoyed coffee from this place since they opened. I love their coffee, and I introduce it to all my friends that visit from out of town, but in the last week their coffee has changed. I always get a large hazelnut frappe no whip cream. They started putting an excessive amount of ice to the point that all you taste is flavoured water, and no coffee. I called the manager in the hopes that this will change. I tried again today to order the same coffee and I asked for no whip cream,and they blended it in the coffee mix in the hopes that you don’t notice the heavy film left in your mouth when they do so. As if that wasn’t bad enough it’s still the same watered down coffee. My guess is that they don’t want repeat customers. Keep doing what you are doing guys. You just lost one of your biggest fans!!!
Nice ambience, and the lady taking the order was pleasant.Bad review because I am sick of cafe's like this that have crazy upcharge fees.For example:My partner's coconut mocha latte with coconut milk... extra $.75And then they proceeded to put another $.65 charge for a pump of sugar free vanilla syrup (when we ordered it sugar free, not sweet..)Turning a $4 drink in to a $7 drink.Oh and on my drink, still charging me $.65 for a HALF pump of vanilla syrup.And the drinks are mediocre after all that.I understand this has become the new "normal" but it doesn't sit well. I think Starbucks is actually significantly cheaper than this place.
I know that Starbucks is right across but I'm always attracted to this place instead, superior coffee and awesome treats to go along with it , staff is nice and it's becoming a morning routine for myself.
I overheard someone behind me say that this is the best coffee shop in Wichita Falls. This is my first non-chain stop, so I will get back to you for my ranking. I found this place to be charming and just what I was looking for. The options are not limited. I got the turkey bacon breakfast sandwich and a honey lavender latte. The turkey bacon was crispy. It was a tasty sandwich even at 1 pm. I can eat breakfast food all day long. The only complaint I have is being charged 99¢ for a cup of water, no ice. I would definitely stop here again to choose another option from their vast menu. Thanks Frank & Joe’s.
Starbucks who??? Frank and Joe's is the best. They have all of everyone's favorite flavors of everything. I will not go anywhere else again. Please try this place. Service is awesome. I like the location but it does need more room for the drive through line. I will wait though. Its that good.
The latte I ordered was pretty good, but it literally took 35 minutes to get it. This for a drink that may take a minute to make? And I was pretty much the only person in line. Would not go back; desperately in need of better management.
I tried the Honey Lavender Latte last week...absolutely amazing! It's my new favorite!
This place made me second guess my assumptions about shopping strip coffee shops. It has every bit of charm you’d expect in a coffee shop. Great coffee, a group of friends in the table next to me conversing, and some by the fireplace heads down in their work.Came here on National Cappuccino Day and the baristas did a wonderful job. Though the place was a little short staffed, they remained positive and it was contagious.
