The food was awesome. The mixed fajitas were delicious. The staff are prompt and respectful. I will be coming back again.
It was very noisy and we were seated by an 6' wide entry on an uneven table. We were given chips and the waiter simply said "You order?" but didn't understand us, so I had to repeat order three times- even though I was pointing to the numbered selection on the menu and holding it up (because it was so noisy). I still got a different plate served to me :( I was not going to try and explain as waiter obviously couldn't converse. My friend just pointed to the item on the menu- and actually got the right dish! The waiter only came by once to check drinks. Never asked "is everything ok?" etc. When finished, we had napkins on our plates- pushed to the edge of table ...and waited. When he asked if we're ready for check we nodded and he handed it to us and stood there waiting. Very awkward. It was crowded and I felt rushed. I have no clue why it was crowded as the food was edible, but not tasty.
Great service and the food was pretty good. They bring chips and salsa to the table and the chips were great, not stale, and the salsa had a good amount of kick. My burrito plate was decent and there was a healthy portion.
We dined in the food was good! It always is and our waiter was very personable however I asked twice for some lemons that I never did receive, they didn't ever check on our kids drink refills even with us sitting the empty glasses with lids off at edge of table finally we had to flag waiter down to get refills and one order had cheese which we had asked not to have added. Service not good. With that said when asked when paying out how was everything, I was honest and told them they were very apologetic and gave a discount. Mabe it was just an off day everyone has one from time to time we usually have no problem there.
Not impressed one bit. Food tasted like it came out of a can.The staff have issues with having a basic conversation.The server didn't pay attention/double check the orders.Today was my First and Last time I'll ever eat there.

They need more employees: the place could have been kept up better and to go orders could have been expedited. Very possible their kitchen staff is undermanned, but businesses being undermanned seems to be the norm these days.My recommendation to the wait staff would be to keep communication flowing between the staff and the customer. I understand that there's a culture to the business, but it's still a business. Cater more to your paying customers and they'll continue to feel valued and keep coming back. Otherwise, you may lose people to the nuances specific to your business.Tbf, I would not have turned down a free tequila shot, even if it wasn't top shelf. Would definitely feel valued at that point. ?
Great place to eat. Friendly staff and great customer satisfaction. I would recommend my friends and family to eat there. Excellent Mexican food
We rarely have bad dining experiences here. Service is usually attentive and friendly. Food never takes too long and is always tasty! Love asking for the extra salsa options, which are delicious. I had the fish fajitas, and it was great! Never too loud, and both locations are both clean and beautifully decorated. I didn't leave five stars because it took a while to get drink refills and my significant other orders pork instead of beef (not a big deal because it was still tasty), but the waiter was apologetic and was dealing with a large party.
Positives: the food was tasty and came out pretty quickly. The waitress was amazing. We had a table of 9 and without writing anything down she got the order entirely correct. She also kept our drinks filled and finished plates cleared. Negative: the whole place looked like it could use a deep clean. The chairs especially needed wiped down.
