My goto is mint chocolate chip, the server suggested I same the flavor of the month grilled peaches and cream, wow it's very good tastes like peach pie with vanilla ice cream with cinnamon sugar. Highly recommended
I love Dunkins coffee. When this place first opened it was great. I work nights and would go by before work around 6p.m. or after work at around 7:15 a.m. through the drive through and order coffee. Usually a mocha iced coffee with cream and sugar. Simple enough. I have ordered that coffee at least 20 times. The last 5 times I have gotten the worst tasting drink. The staff was always rude and do not know how to make anything on the menu and will literally tell you that. Once I asked for coconut milk and I watched the lady put almond milk in my drink. Tasted horrible and what if I was allergic to almond milk? Just terrible service. I ordered a Frappuccino blast for a co-worker and the lady at dunkins said it's too fu*$!#* cold to be ordering this. I mean really? This is what kind of people they have working there now. I decided to give them another chance. I door dashed a regular blend iced coffee with cream and sugar. Kept it simple so they could not get it wrong. I also ordered a mixed box of munchki holes. The coffee taste burnt. No cream and sugar. And the donut holes are hard as a rock. Probably both made early this morning and stale and burnt now that it is 9:30 at night. So disappointed. Never again!
We had ice cream with the family after leaving the state park. It was really good. Plenty available parking and we were the only ones so plenty of seating as well.
Love the coffee and the Grilled cheese BLT. LoL and I know thats not on the menu you gotta be creative when ordering your food. Anything is possible if you ask.
Great experience most drive thru visits. My dine-in visit wasnt the same experience but it could have been a bad morning.
This morning I pulled up with 5 cars in front of me. I got to the speaker. She told me please give me a min and I'll be right with you. I felt irritable and frustrated I had to wait TWO minutes. I told my order and went to the window. She handed me my drink and said I'll be right back I have to make your food. My heart sinks when I realized she was alone. I asked her are you here all by yourself? She says yes but never stopped working. GIVE HER A RAISE! MAKE HER FEEL APPRECIATED! GIVE HER ALL THE TIPS! She gave exceptional service. She didn't give any attitude. She held down the WHOLE place by HERSELF. I went to work and told everyone how amazing she was. And how beautiful her nails are! We all said a pray for her! I ❤
Supplies have Been short at this location ? anytime i ask if i can please have my bangle cut in half not once has it happened. The workers are very friendly and always in a good mood.
i went in the other day & was so blown away by how kind everyone was. there was one lady, who’s name is taylor, that went absolutely above and beyond. she was so kind and made sure my coffee was made correctly. i will definitely be coming back (hopefully when she is working!)
Service is great, coffee is good but what happened to the donuts? Come-on day old or how old. I'm disappointed. Keep them fresh everyday! You are a donut shop and I expect better. Find a way. Thank you
