I have ordered from here for delivery to Sheppard AFB a total of five times (including today) since I have been here this past March.The pizza and/or items I ordered were/was NEVER:ColdPoorly madeBurntIncorrectMissingOr anything truly negativeI get these kind of issues back at home where I’m from, but not here.Thank you!
Domino's has failed on numerous occasions with us. This one here there is no turning back. So therefore If you know me I will be more than happy to share with you this unfortunate incident. I will no longer patronize with domino's again. Not even if they were the last pizza restaurant on the planet.Can someone tell me why there is no such thing as 0 stars or negative stars. (red to gold stars) trademarked 3-26-22 anything Resembles it ???
Friendly employees, food was ready fast and the jalapeño bread was really good. I will admit the pizza could use a little more cheese and sauce but otherwise my husband and I were happy! ☺️
Used to be just fine, took 2 hours to get the delivery, arrived, food was made incorrectly, missing an item, pizza was charcoal, and am far from happy with the result of it all.Literally better off going to the DFAC, if you're an AIT, make better spending choices.
Never got a free from here only once in base. Plus this store forgets half my stuff or forgets I’m allergic to tomato sauce after I remove it from all pizzas….. hoping my Brooklyn style is actually a Brooklyn style and not a normal crust…
Wonderful staff, super friendly and so good to us. This is our favorite pizza place in town, good prices and even when it’s crazy busy there, wait times aren’t too bad and they try their hardest.
I ordered a Medium Pepperoni Thin Crust pizza on December 19, 2021, and 2 orders of Cheesy Bread I opened the box and the Pizza was literally burned {black} around the edges. I called the location back and spoke to the Manager David and 3x he said he saw the pizza when it went out and it wasn't burnt. He first told me I was to order another one which I was to pay for it because he saw this pizza when it went out. Ultimately I was given a fresh pizza at no cost. I live in Wichita Falls Texas and the location was next to the Base\ Burkburnett Rd. Please have a conversation with David, it was very inappropriate for him to be telling a customer it wasn't burnt when it went out, Retrain him on his lack of Customer Service,Skills, and a poor attitude the entire time. hear the complaint and get that customer a replacement and have a smile on your face the entire time and this would have been a Great Review .Customers are NOT always right but this was way out of line. Retrain Retrain Retrain.
One of their drivers is extremely rude and additionally drives everywhere with their car's sound system turned to max. Not something I'd usually judge a place on, but this driver has been working there for a long time now and no corrective action has been attempted apparently as they're still driving around with their music to max being rude to neighbors.
My son was having a rough day so I ordered him some pizza. The gentleman who took my order was kind and polite. He was able to take my card over the phone and had the pizza there in less then 30 mins. THANK YOU!
It's a shame because I love dominos pizza, I just can't abide their service at all three locations its bad. Slow Slow Slow!!!! Too expensive for what you put up with. PIZZA HUTT All the way around is a better restaurant with FRIENDLY, FAST, service
