The owner is very friendly and polite. I appreciate that so much. The sides were delicious. I had bbq beans and potato salad. The meat was delicious also. I got the two meat plate, smoked turkey and brisket. The meat fell apart and was very moist.
We had food picked up for an event in Jacksboro today from your store. It was amazing! Thank you for sending perfectly cooked brisket to us. Highly recommend.
I'paid 32.00 for 2 kids meals it was supposed to been 2 meats combo slice brisket and ribs the ribs are size of a baby bird and only two l will never go there again l should have went to rib crib so sad.Only went because a co worker work there and he was saying how good they are maybe customer service that even sick they my like they didn't understand English that good but that's the game part, so you would get tired of explaining yourself trash, my husband didn't want to make them feel bad.
I’ve had just about everything on the menu at this dickeys and it’s all been delicious. So far, my favorites have been the brisket and the sausage. The mac and cheese is my favorite side too for sure. The staff is very friendly as well.
The food is usually good, as expected. I do have a problem with the fact that they give out coupons in their plastic wear packs, but do not honor them. I was told they had expried.... luckily I can read, and told them it was just the copyright date on the coupon and there is no experation listed. Then they said they would honor it . When they rang up the order it was clearly the usual price. Luckily I can do basic math as well because they didn't want to give me a recipe. If you don't accept coupons at this location, just say that. And stop including the coupons in the ToGo orders. It's confusing and I don't appreciate being antised back in with a free pulled pork sandwich and you're not going to oblige.
I stopped here for dinner on my way through town and I was really impressed. Everything was very good, the brisket was smoked perfectly. Better than I expected.
Loved the family owned atmosphere! They go the extra step to make sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend!
The manager was rude, and told my kids they couldn’t get ribs when nothing on the menu stated ribs were an exception. The sides were all bland and cold.
