If I could leave 0 stars I would. We had a party of 9 people and it took 2 1/2 hours to get our food. We received the first set of food after about 50 minutes. And only received a steak with no sides, a plate of eggs and sausage, a sandwich and another steak with no sides. 19 minutes after that we received the mashed potatoes for both steaks and the pancakes for the breakfast meal. We then asked about the remaining food and we're told it's coming. They only have one cook. We are all really understanding and tried to be patient but there's absolutely no reason it should've taken that long. I have been a waitress and understand what it takes but the restaurant was empty and the rudeness from the manager was completely ridiculous! We then received the rest of the food at the 2 1/2 hour mark and the hamburger that was ordered came out as a chicken fried steak and the salmon ordered came out as a sandwich. 10 out of 10 would not recommend and we will never be back.
After waiting approximately 20 minutes to be seated, my girlfriend overheard the server say "food is taking about 40 minutes to come out cause we're trying to give the kitchen time to catch up" to another customer. They weren't packed, but looked as though they may have been short staffed.If you're a cook or server looking for work, go check out this Denny's. Until the manning issue is fixed, this will stay a 1 star for me.
Food was very good, fresh and hot. The service was outstanding.
Customer service is terrible. Walked in waited for a while. Just to finally leave and catch sight of waitress as we r driving off . She emerged from a booth right next to the entry where I noticed a guy who kept glancing over at us. (Probly an employee as well). I understand being on brake or whatever, just say something . They rather hide until we leave to get up &8 do their job
Extremely slow. Took 20 minutes just for someone to come ask what we wanted to drink. Not super rude but not very kind either
Terrible staff and terrible food. Couldn't even finish half of my grand slam. The Grand Slam for crying out loud. How do you mess that up? My Wife was even more disappointed than me.
Denny's is Denny's you can't go wrong. But the service at this one is second to none very nice people working their.
Everyone was super nice and friendly, even though we went at 4am. The food was also pretty good and filling. Overall a great late night stop.
Great restaurant. Really enjoyed it and the attentive staff. Will make it there again I am sure. This from the author of The Reckoning of Rance, and Last of The Knowers, both out now at Amazon.
Only 1 server. So understand service a bit slow. But cook and mgr argueing in kitchen. Could hear in dining room. Food good and hot.
