Delicious! Service was excellent. I had the steak fingers, which were actually strips of chicken fried steak. I highly recommend this place! I've never been to a bad Cottonpatch. This one is excellent.

They claim to have curb side but when you go you will never get your order even if they say they will take it to you over the phone. I called about 3x to confirm they did it and when I was there. Items were also missing both times I’ve tried this place. Staff is not trained had to go in and workers were just looking at me while I’m waiting for anyone to help give me my order that had been sitting on the counter. They also wanted a tip for to go orders yet can’t even give it to you lol.
Tried this place 2x first through door dash and ordered a chicken fried steak and didn’t get any gravy. I called and was put on hold for 20mins by that time I got dressed went across town and was still on hold when I went inside. They gave me the gravy while my food was sitting at home getting cold and was given a free dessert for the inconvenience. 2nd time I called before and asked if they did curb side, was told they could and to just let them know when I was outside. Called to see if my order was ready since was 15 mins early they said yes and I again asked if they could bring it out and was told yes so I said I would park by the front they said ok and hung up. No one came out I called again and pressed #1 to see if would get a different person since the first time when I pressed #2 they didn’t care. This time when I got a hold of someone they asked if it was for the Wichita location? It’s the same exact number ?? I told them yes and that they said they would bring out my order and no ones came. They asked for my car and where I was and that they would call the store, again no one another 5 mins later. I went in to the to go said I had been waiting now it’s been 15 mins after the pick up time was given. Waiting at the to go and no one’s coming everyone’s just looking at me and I’m just standing there. Another guy reached over the counter to get straws because no one was there to help him either. My order was sitting on the counter when I was finally helped and then the kids meal I ordered had ice cream and if I didn’t check it wouldn’t have been given so then had to wait for them to go get that from the back as well. 2 times tried this place and the food tastes decent but the staff is not trained well at all.
Quick & light lunch while picking up supplies. Staff was pleasant. Surprised to see a new menu. Customers are served quickly and the rotation of in and out is pretty awesome to watch. In a time of short staffed melancholy this was a nice change of pace.

I’m never disappointed by these folks. From steak cooked to perfection as well as the amazing steamed veggies and loaded baked potato as always they got it all exactly as I ordered in great time with kind and knowledgeable staff. The sweet tea was also as always brewed just right. Very clean and cozy place to relax and eat.

The service was good. The chicken fried chicken was cooked properly and tasted good. The okra was over cooked and greasy and the macaroni was good but both sides were just warm, not hot. The women's bathroom was in need of cleaning and toilet paper. I alerted an employee and all they did was replenish the toilet paper leaving the mess. Wanted to try the hummingbird cake but they were out.
