Today my family received some of the rudest customer service from this location. I'm not going to go into details here I'm leaving that up to corporate. But the fact is the manager on duty regardless of if she is the GM or not needs some serious customer service communication skills training.. and the fact her employee felt the need to jump in and state this is my grandmother and she's the GM is irrelevant. This is exactly why family is not supposed to work together too emotional. And regardless of the outcome this location has lost my business.
Food may be good and cheap but no excuse for poor customer service
We went there on Pi day and I’m still shocked that we paid $3.14 each person for our Buffet meal. For a Buffet pizza place the quality is actually great I’ve ate at this brand in other locations and it wasn’t that good, this location has decent quality the staff is pretty good too and they keep it clean this location also has video games so the kids like that. We will be going back it’s worth a visit.
Good price for what you get. Could have had a better salad bar, they need to update that. More pizza on the buffet would be great.
Great customer service. Pizza selection was fair. Too many things with pepperoni. Cinnamon rolls were terrific.
Pizza was hot and tasted good. They did forget a topping but worked out great due to one person didn't eat meat so all good.
This place is a joke. We have gone numberous times and this is NEVER anything on the line. First to begin with the little girl that sits at the counter to take your money dont listen. I asked twice to up charge the drinks.. well that didnt happen. Then the salad bar looks like it was been sitting there for 2 weeks untouched nasty dirty and old. Then of course we move along to the pasta and pizza and welp there was NONE, what so ever. Dirty pizza holders but no pizza at all and the manager I guess that was in duty was like " were trying our best". Well idk how that is when there was literially like 5 people waiting for a buffet of pizza. Like get it together or just shut the doors in this place. Like I said this is not the first time but it will be the last.
I’ve gone to other Cicis in Dallas Gus Thomasson Rd or Garland Marketplace and they are by FAR better than what they serve here . The Pizza here is disgusting it has a strong smell In its condiments and the salad was not fresh nor the pasta . Nothing good about this place
With few exceptions, all cici’s pizza locations are the same as far as menu and food. You either love it or hate it, but you know what you are getting. I like cici’s, and I REALLY like this particular location because the people are so nice!
Really good pizza. I ordered a pizza with out bread. Breadless pizza tasted good. It is kinda like kito pizza, not really for sure.
