I eat chicken express almost everyday, and order the same thing everyday they can't get my order right, even on the days I order simple , biscuits and gravy they gave me 6 biscuits on a 12 that is ridicules. Today they list my business I'll be eating at golden chick.
When I got home and opened the box, I only had one piece of okra. It seems to be a trend to leave out the sides. Terrible service

It was terrible !!! The chicken was so greasy-- I couldn't finish it. By the time I hot to the parking lot I threw up, it made me sick. My husband ordered the tenders and they were so small. He had to eat again when we got home. Yall used to be good. But you've gone way down hill. Very expensive for what we got. Will not be Back. Very Sad
Chicken Express is always fantastic but this location just has it RIGHT. Crispy tenders, good spice, hot and fresh corn nuggets. The gravy was thick! I love gravy and hate when it's watery. Absolutely perfect. Also all the employees looked like they were helping and working, great work ethic.
Love it it's a great location for Chicken Express it's it's amazing I hadn't had Chicken Express for a really long time and then I ate here and it made me love it all over again and their biscuits are really good and they had good honey and good chicken and they have the best chicken rather that's why we'd go into the five stars because even if it's a really bad dookie Chicken Express it's still better than every chicken restaurant in the entire area because it's a Chicken Express and this one was a very good chicken express it wasn't even a dookie one it was very good and I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to eat some chicken because this chicken was really good and particularly it was crunchy and flavorful and moist and delicious and and you know it was amazing and you know you should eat it because well I liked it so I recommend it
My mother and I decided to go to chicken express and the service was very good. However the chicken we received was dry and very, very hard. I decided to call and let them know, and the manager was very awful, she had no other suggestions but to replace the chicken ?, that I had already brought home with a recipe. There was no. I'm apologize for your inconvenience, or anything. So they have lost a customer.

The chicken and sides are very good. But do not order liver. They way overcook it. This is the 2nd time that we ordered liver dinners and all of the livers were inedible - even worse the 2nd time than the first - totally dry, blackened petrified liver to the point of being inedible. We thouht the first time was a fluke, but obviously not. Whoever cooked the liver obviously hates liver and whoever the mgr is doesnt supervise the cooking. A total waste of money. Of course theres no way to find the contact information of the general manager online.
Thank you for the fresh 3pc fish, however the hush puppies were hard and cold.....
