Stopped by to pick up a bite to eat and the girl who took my order was so sweet. Probably one of the nicest employees I've ever encountered at a fast food place ever. My food was hot & fresh. This is one of the best Chick-fil-A I've ever eaten at. Definitely do yourself a favor and stop by sometime.
The drive thru service is always excellent. Their employees are so polite. Food is always consistently good.
Traveling and choose it because of the consistency from state to state. Buns were not even edible they were so raw. Chicken is good like always, but the person who put those nuggets in that underdone bread knew it wasn't good and did it anyway. Photo attached.

Not sure what to say. I ordered a chicken sandwich I'm not a very heavy guy. So I opted out of the wheat bun and swapped it to a regular white. Got home went to eat my sandwich. And looked in the bag. Got my food the "sandwich" was in a container that said what it was and said "white bun" clearly. But instead I got no bun at all? I would have ordered a salad if I wanted one
Chick-fil-A is hard to beat. Good chicken, fresh fries and great dipping sauces. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. They all genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. Our grandchildren are always ready for Chick-fil-A nuggets they beat other nuggets hands down. Highly recommend.
Need to train their employee to listen to their customer!! I ordered deluxe meal 3 days ago and the price seemed high compared to before. I asked him if he got the right order and he said yes and deluxe meal is around $9. And I got my drink, it was large size that I did not order, so they told me they will refund for the large drink but they extra charged it and got me a wrong drink to me again. I ordered half and half iced tea but they gave me half iced tea and half diet lemonade. I ended up paying $11.45 for the spicy deluxe meal. Silly. This situation could’ve been avoided if that guy in the drive-thru area considerably listened to me and check and read back the order. It wasn’t busy at all because it was not even 5pm!
About 99% of the time chick fila has amazing service and accuracy. I guess this one is still too new becuase it was very unusual for them to get my order wrong 3 times in a row on 3 different days.
I LOVE Chick-fil-A!!! Their customer service is outstanding. The efficiency is remarkable and very appreciated. The food is delicious. I LOVE the attitude of the folks in drive-through and inside dining. I love that they say, "You're welcome" or "It's my pleasure," rather than the excessively over-used, "No problem." SO many customers intensely dislike that phrase. Thank you for your excellent standards!
