Stopped in on a Sunday for lunch, there was 1 person working the register and 15 people at the counter to order. Lunch was about a 2 hr process and they still got the pizza wrong. I asked if he could do a pepperoni Chicago and he said yes. When it came out it was full of jalapeño’s and very little pepperoni. The stuffed crust pizza we ordered had carrots and broccoli, wasn’t bad but doesn’t need filler to make a good pizza. Will go back to see if they can get order right because it would be a good pizza if done the way I asked.
Food was great. The service was amazing. Has a Chicago gangster theme with jazz playing in the back. Will definitely be back.
First impressions is what set the bar very high for Chicago Pizza Kitchen! Amazing pizza and dessert, staff was very friendly and attentive. We will visit often and recommend to friends, thank you so much!
Fantastic pizza, sides and service! We were driving from Colorado back to the DFW area and it was the perfect stop. Highly recommend the delicious pizza and cheesy garlic bread! The owner was so nice and thoughtful. It is off the main route thru town, but take the short drive to this pizza place and you'll be so glad you did! Wichita Falls is so much more than what you see from 287.
Pizza was pretty good. Wings must of came off a fresh born baby bird they were so small and barely any meat.
order online and picked it up inside, was greeted by the owner who was so very nice and welcoming! fantastic pizza, a true family favorite!!!
This place is worth the hype! Fantastic pizza from a person who has to be in the mood to eat pizza. Extremely friendly and fast service. Ordered 2 pizzas to go at the counter- they had me on my way in 15 minutes.

I purchased a 2022 Camp Card to support the Boys Scout. There's an option for $5 off $25 purchase at Wichita Falls location. I tried to use it and cashier did not honor it, no other explanation
I was so excited to try this place for the high rating. Unfortunately I was served mold at this location. You can see the fuzzy mold on the canoli in the picture. I did not realize there was mold until I had taken a bite of it. I went back inside and was refunded the money for the molding canoli. The staff did not seem to care for my well-being and I can say I will not being returning to this place. I've worked at a pizza place before. So, I know that they are supposed to be double checking their products and making sure everything has proper dates which clearly is not being done at this location. If you choose to eat here please triple check your food. Maybe even ask about the dates when it comes to the food you are ordering.
