We had a fantastic family lunch today! Mekayla was our server and deserves a huge shoutout!!!! She made my strawberry tea perfect, not too sweet, and had a kind presence.I ordered the vegetable plate with soup, broccoli, sweet carrots, green beans and fries. Everything was seasoned just right, the carrots added a hint of sweetness to my plate and the green beans tasted homemade. My husband ordered Buffalo chicken wrapper which isn’t spicy and it came with grilled chicken. The ranch that came with his plate was amazing.I recommend paying this location a visit!
Family loves this place. Food is always so good and tasty. Service is top notch. Always a pleasant experience. Clean restaurant and always a pleasant atmosphere. Monte Criscos are the best.
Service was great. Restaurant was clean and pretty crowded right at opening on Sunday. There was a pretty significant wait on food and half came out cold as it had been sitting. Pro tip: Order the ribs, they're great and really tender! The steak has herb/seasoning crust cooked on a flat griddle versus a grill. Veggies were overcooked. Overall not a great visit. ?
I took my work crew to lunch last week and 3 of us ordered the steak which 2 of them asked for medium well and they had to send there steaks back because they were not cooked rightSo when the finally came bk out. Me and my other co worker were done eating and the new the new steaks were still not right. So I asked for a manager which mind u was not friendly and all they discounted was a total of $4 off a 55$ bill!! Need to get sum cooks that can cook a steak properly and get sum nicer management at this place. I haven't been here in over a year. And this is why I don't go to cheddars in WF!!
Family friendly atmosphere with awesome table side service. Good time had by all.
Customer service was great, especially for being short staff. Some of the food is incredibly greasy with little to no seasoning. If you don't order their fried food, it's pretty good.
We took a family trip down south so we stopped here for a bit to eat. The staff was very nice the restaurant was also nice. For my wife and myself the food isn't as good as we were remembered.
I’m giving this Cheddars 1star because our waitress Leah (pronounced Lee-aye) was great! That was the only good part of our experience. The table was dirty. The menus were dirty and really needed to be cleaned. The food was undercooked and inedible. Finally, the bathrooms were disgusting. This location really needs to have a visit from the health inspector. I will never go back to this Cheddars, so gross.
Today I made a call to Cheddars from Italy. My family went there to have dinner for my stepdad’s birthday. I talked to 3 different people, all so very nice. I requested for them to find them and sing Happy Birthday to him. They advised me they weren’t able to due to COVID. I asked if at least one person could at least go to their table and say Happy Birthday, and the manager said he would make sure it would happen and also take a piece of cake as well. He went above and beyond. So nice ??. Their customer service via phone was more than I expected. Thank you so much for making their evening so much more special.
Absolutely loved our waitress tonight! Upbeat mood and had a good laugh! Food was amazing! I can not remember our waitress name but she is absolutely amazing and would love to come back to have her as our waitress again
