I would like,to give a praise report on one of your employees. My friend and I came to your restaurant in Wichite Falls Tx on last Friday. Our waitress was a class act from start to finish. Her name was Mae Mae. She greeted us and asked what we would like to drink right away. She brought our drink told us to let her know when we were ready to order. She answered all our question about the menu. We placed our order and she and returned every so often to see if we were OK while waiting or our food. We ate somevof our food and wanted to take the rest home. She gave us a to go box and refilled our drinks to go also. While this may or be of no importance to you it was extremely important to us because she was the best waitress ever. While your food was a C plus your waitress was a A plus. Please recognize her for such outstanding employee.
So me and my cousin end up going twice the first time we went the waitress that was waiting on us was really lazy and she was just dragging her feet and it was just very unpleasant the second time we went the waitress was so much better she made my drink a little too strong and I'm sure a lot of people would have liked that and the day before I totally would have wanted it but this time I just wanted a mellow one but other than that it was a great experience compared to the first experience we had but those flaming hot nacho cheese chicken wings were not good

Went in there today. Had a great kind waitress, but not for long. Presently BWW is running a commercial where Tuesdays is buy a traditional wing and get the second at 50% off and Thursdays are boneless buy one get one free. I ordered my drink and the waitress came back with my drink to take my order. I told her I wanted to do the Tuesday special advertised on TV. She was very kind and honest with me. She explained that this BWW is the only one she knows of that is not honoring that commercial. I felt sorry for her that the restaurant placed her in that situation. I told her That I would have to leave if that is the business ethics of our BWW.
Went there today after seeing it advertised on TV that Tuesdays is buy traditional wings and get the second at 50% off. Thursdays is boneless buy one get one free. So I sit down. The nice waitress takes my order. She apologizes for the restaurant because she states this Buffalo Wild Wings is the ONLY ONE she knows of that is not honoring that advertisement on TV. I greatly appreciated her honesty. I'm sad that she is working at a place that does not even honor their own companies commercials on TV.
The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't excellent either. The spice was lacking severely so I hope your not craving anything hott!
ordered for pick up, said it would be done by 5, showed up at 5:10 and had to wait until 5:50 to get my food. When we got home, and opened up the appetizer sampler, everything was just sort of slopped in together, half the food was undercooked and the other half was soggy. I paid over 30 dollars and waited almost an hour to get food that I was barely able to eat. Will.not be coming back anytime soon. Also why were there just random sauces with no lids tossed into the boxes?
Obviously like everyone else there understaffed. I do not normally do reviews however even short-staffed at the bar Raven was possibly one the best bartenders I've had at Wild Wings.
The food was good and the server wasn't good at all she mixed my drink with peppsi and it was suppose to be root beer also my mom's Buffalo burger didn't have Buffalo sauce or blue cheese sauce and my dad's sweet tea was unsweetened tea. I don't recommend coming here
