May 23rd, it was lunchtime and I was famished. I thought to myself, "What better way to fill my sad empty stomach than with a juicy and delectable triple quarter pounder cheeseburger from Braum's". When the lunch bell finally rang, I hastily made my way to the nearest Braum's on Southwest Parkway. The line was long, which was to be expected, so I waited patiently in the drive thru. When it was finally my turn to order, I was told to wait. My tummy was rumbling and the 30 minute lunch wfisd graciously gave me was slowly withering away. After sitting for what seemed an eternity, my order of a delicious triple quarter pounder cheeseburger was placed. I quickly and safely rounded the corner of the establishment to the drive thru window. I was given my meal by a kind worker who apologized for the distasteful wait. I then hurried back to school, parked, and readied myself to devour three juicy patties. I was dismayed to open, what appeared to be my order, but was missing two patties and was overflowing with onions and jalapeños. The burger, I might add, was absolutely scrumdiddlyumtious. However, my needs of a full stomach were not met, and my fries were burnt... I was discombobulated with this Braum's blasphemy.
Dude on drive thru was rude, it was funny as hell though, also when I paid and handed him my card,he handed me a receipt with a braums gift card, not my bank card, when I told him this isn't my card he froze for a solid few seconds and came up with weird reasons why he didn't give me my card back.I'm starting to think he was trying to steal my bank card.I'm watching you Alex.
I love the ice cream & burgers! And the little market is so very handy. They always have the essentials I really need.
Really good food and ice cream. The shakes are delicious and made with real fruit. They have yummy breakfast bagels with a variety of omelets on them. There is also a small market where you can buy their ice cream and other goods.
Always good but certain things like, caramel and whipped cream should not be something they run out of
Great place for a family friendly place for a quick meal and small shopping trip. Hamburger flavorful but on the salty side for my taste. Wait staff are friendly and attentive.
For some reason I just found out they do a bag of burgers. Such a convenient factor when I'm busy and have kids with me. Def makes for a quick, tasty meal. You go braums?
Even though the ice cream machine or yogurt machine was broken the day we went there the food is still the same high-quality that you get at any Brahms we prefer that other location where the manager looks and sounds like Ludacris but we will still give these guys five stars for high-quality food and service
Love Braum's! We lived in Michigan the past 3 years and we definitely missed having a Braum's around! Haven't had a bad experience yet at this location. They've been great.
We love Braums! From their frozen vanilla yogurt to their hamburgers, great, wholesome food! Great customer service! A win win combination!
